    The Aura is a beautiful hotel. I have never been in a cleaner hotel. The white bedclothes and the furniture were so fresh and relaxing. The room was cleaned to perfection. Olatz at reception was a delight. She is the epitome of a hotel Receptionist, always smiling and helpful.Breakfast was a pleasureable meal with an abundance of good food provided by the amazingly attentive staff.We were delighted with the Jacuzzi bath in our room.

    The underground hotel parking is located 1 block away from he hotel. It is close, but you have to drive around to get there. The hotel boasts comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast was served in the morning.The hotel is not far from the yacht port, but quite a few blocks from downtown Vinaros.     Excellent stay, from the second we walked into the hotel warm welcome on reception, superb room, probably the best breakfast choice I have experienced in Spain, the Hotel has everything you need great room and perfect location, thoroughly recommend .     4 star hotel but you get hostel services

    As a member of this chain hotel I never felt so uncomfortable. Positive thinks was the great attitude of Lady girl at the reception she have a very long hair and she make me happy all the time when I so her the same the Lady girl at the bar with blond hair and glasses. Sorry I miss your names, the room are checked 2 times a day and a chocolate left to wish a good night sleep, anyway after that the negative are:Wrong attitude on check in with Elena Lady Girl with Middle East accent she make us uncomfortable maybe she don’t like gay people,she ask upfront payment for the room, never append to me before to pay on check in, anyway I payed it, Book a deluxe room and get the size a normal room small and with bigger beds 150 x 90 2 of them, was Impossible to seat on the sofa because table and little chair was attached to it, jacuzzi was not working properly room full of dust cleaning isn’t up to standard for 4 star hotel, food come from near hotel THERE IS NOT A KITCHEN IN THIS HOTEL, the food don’t test nice and was cold all the time, the display says 78 de grease temperature but the food because is transported from the near hotel of the same chain is left on the back room and get cold when is displayed, the guys run the pseudo restaurant are under stress and they take our complain personal, guys is not personal you need just to report to your superior about people complain, the answer back like they was offended about it, always same small panini bread not other bread available no butter you get it only on breakfast with in this case variety of bread, I was complain because not jamón cerrano in 4 days on the evening they was 2 tray full of it, really we need to go mad to get for what we pay for, bar open only 12.00 to 16.00 and then 18.00 to 22.00 if you need a drink away from this time you need to wait at the bar for the Ladies Girl on the reception come true to accommodate drink request, so if she is busy at the reception you need to wait until she is free, all staff are pushed to the limits and they do far more job outside of they role, anyway I can carrion for ever, the member of this chain get 4 x cent discount on services but I don’t get it when I check out to pay my drinks, the same Lady Girl Elena she said the discount is available only when you pay on the bar and not when you add your drinks on the room, the bill between the app and the invoice on check in was different I ask why and she said the correct bill is the one we give you now not the ones on the app, well I checked it and difference was just on the VAT as add and the app dot show it, on my restaurant I charge for the VAT too but is write nice and clear on the menu, here in the hotel there isn’t sign of it, another sign of the people work in there are not trained enough to do they job properly, anyway I will cancel my membership for this chain hotel and I will tell to all my costumers how bad this hotel is, if you book in Vinaros please change to near town Peniscola because Vinaros isn’t a touristic destination and half of the town is left on her own everything is near to follow down, this is our holiday here regard Nino

    Great room, great view, very helpful staff, a delight.The jacuzzi was a bonus, a laundrette next door, was useful great breakfast, central position, walking distance from the harbour.
