  Despite having a very good location, the conditions of the apartment were deplorable. Only one roll of toilet paper and it was half used, the kitchen without even a dishcloth, the kitchen equipment is poor, there are no drawers to put clothes in, the listing said there was air conditioning and it is a lie, the fan that was in the living room was older than dirt and didn't even blow air, only one nightstand in the main bedroom, opening the sliding doors of the living room was super difficult.   For us a very good experience, very friendly, pleasant and attentive staff, both Santi and the restaurant staff. Clean and pleasant apartment and it lacks nothing, and for anything you call Santi and he solves it efficiently. I would only add one small drawback, just to say something, and that is that the air conditioning compressor is installed on the terrace itself, so to be able to be on it you have to turn it off because the heat it gives off is very high. I would have installed it on the exterior wall if the regulations allowed it. And the TV is not a smart TV, which would be special for the kids, although this is less important since nowadays we all have cell phones and tablets. We will return.   A pleasant rental to spend a mild winter by the sea

  For an unbeatable price, I spent 5 weeks sunny, quiet, in this beautiful complex. In winter, the pools are accessible, but not heated, so you do not swim in them. The apartments are well maintained. Everything is there: new air conditioning with heating, ultra-fast water heating, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob and microwave. Dishes in sufficient quantity. The mattresses are comfortable, the small storage furniture (living room, kitchen and bedrooms) practical with drawers. I enjoyed the beautiful dressing room in the large room. The bathroom had a bathtub and bidet plus a toilet. everything was in good condition. I particularly enjoyed the loggia of more than 7 square meters. overlooking the street and landscaped surroundings. The sea can be seen by standing by the railing. It is sheltered from wind and rain. Access to the apartment is without elevator. The weather was more than favorable throughout the stay, not counting 24 hours of strong wind in mid-February, but the sky was sunny most of the time with an average of 18/19 degrees Celcius and highs above 20. The resort is home to many restaurants, although many are closed in January. Shops are diversified and foodstuffs can be purchased in Consum and Spar supermarkets, not far from the residence. Walking and cycling paths surround Alcossebre, as well as by the sea, to sum up, it was a very pleasant stay that I recommend especially for the winter.   Very nice stay and well designed place

  Residence is well managed, clean common space, garden well entertained, The apartments are well equiped and large terrasse.Swimming pool is open very late and sized accordingly to number of people in the residence.Only comment is distance from the beach (around 800m, but still walking distance) and Wifi which was included that we were not able to access to, very low signal.
