  Lovely rooms but stay away from everything else!

  Booked for ten days in August. Great location, lovely spacious clean and spacious rooms. But..First of all, an obsessive program done at nearly seconds from the exact time for opening doors for the pools, for the terrace on top of the hotel and for the dining place. People queuing every morning for all especially for the limited sun lounges at both pools. You feel like you’re at work and the atmosphere as you step in is not at all welcoming. And then you’re there, and you order a drink, and even if they know you’re a guest, your room number, and you’ve been there all day, or before, and be there tomorrow, they still treat you like they’ve never seen you before and you there to rob the place. I’m not gonna give names but one female “manager” of the bar on top of the hotel treats you like you’re running away with a bottle of water. You go to the restaurant for your meal, you order a bottle of wine at the table, charge it to the room and bring it upstairs to the terrace of the same hotel, the same bottle still on your room, the same terrace manager tries to throw you out from the place and she’s aggressive to you in front of other guests and ruining your holidays that you paid for with meals included telling you if you order downstairs you drink it downstairs and if u don’t finish it to drink it IN YOUR ROOM! Holidays mode gone!Now.. that’s another real problem Paid all meals included and…eat out of the hotel by now a good few times to the point that tonight I ordered Domino’s as I can’t see the same food every day for the ten days. When I say the same food.. I actually mean the exact same food!! Not even the placement of the food is not changing. What might change from lunch to dinner is the bbq type of meat grilled in front of you and change is from pork to lamb and then back to pork and some chicken. That’s for lunch or dinner every day! My kids are sick of the same chips or the same type of noodles!Overall experience is absolutely disappointing. So dissatisfying that I had to write this review two days before my check out time and with the intent to save many others from being put through this “holiday” experience!!!I would highly recommend if you do though, do not take the meals cause the chef needs a different career, to avoid the restaurant and the terrace from the unfriendliness you’re welcomed with, and once again I will particularly highlight the terrace bar female manager not to be named as she’s already wrecked my time off enough, to enjoy the room and the sea and try to make lemonade from the bitter lemons

  Large touristy hotel with pool.

  The hotel offered a pool and close proximity to the beach. The rooms were large and perfectly fine.The restaurant however was like a camteen, huge space, noisy and serving poor quality food (often cold) a microwave is available to heat your food.

  Beautiful hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been to.Absolutely immaculate.Food was good.Pool was freezing but the slide was so much fun ?? Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Lots of free parking outside the hotel, they also provide parking but at a cost.The staff were lovely, A massive shout out to Gustavo (KETTLE) ?? he is a credit to the hotel, very friendly and chatty, and stood out from the other staff members. Please give this man a raise or a year supply of coke cola ?? But on a serious note please recognise this gentleman as this is how staff should be.   Nice place if you can speak Spanish.

  Lovely hotel and great location just 10 minutes walk to the beaches.Hotel has a great rooftop bar with awesome views and the food was nice.Be aware if you are English that the staff can hardly speak a word other than Spanish as we found out this hotel is mainly for Spanish tourists.What you find out once booking is that there are no transfers from Barcelona airport and you have to arrange your own.All inclusive is between 11am and 11pm and is table service only which with the language barrier staff avoid coming over to you, drinks including water are also table service and not free for you to just get, so if you need even water after 11pm you will need to buy from a local shop.Great place of you speak some Spanish but if not you will need google translate to help you get by.We enjoyed the holiday but please bare in mind the above if this is going to be a problem for you.

  Wonderful holiday!

  There was an issue with parking which could have been disastrous. Evidently, if you book this hotel via an agency such as Loveholidays (who were brilliant too), you cannot book a parking space. Booking direct with the hotel you can. Somehow this information was missing and it nearly ended up very badly but thanks to one of the directors of the hotel magically appearing at the right moment, possibly Maria, we got permission to use the hotel car park for which we were very grateful. Once that was resolved, everything went very smoothly. The staff, facilities and food were amazing. I can’t believe how they catered for so many people, three times a day, producing excellent food!I did not get everyone's names but in particular I would like to mention for their helpfulness and friendliness, Eric and Aida on reception. There were others too on reception but no names. In the restaurant Natalia, Mariana and especially Noa were all wonderful, and in the bar on the roof terrace and on the beach, Joel and Martina. Again there were more staff in the bar but no names. The housekeeping staff did a great job everyday so that when we came back we found the beds made and the room spotless! This was a blind gamble which turned out to be a wonderful holiday for my daughter and me!Our thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our holiday an amazing and unforgettable experience.
