    a clean room. good terrace, what a view. Good beds! Very friendly staff. a problem is solved in a very customer-friendly way. We had a nice stay! and the Gin is delicious! ;-)

    Very friendly receptionist (Maria Piña), arranging early breakfast, providing slippers (the marble floor in the room was quite cold), giving good tips about the places to go etc. The rooms are nice...

    While in Seville why not have a drink and pop to the casino for some gambling ! Staff friendly nice free drinks and we did win to pay for lunch ! Will come back for some poker tournament next week...
