?5/5 – Unforgettable stay made extra special by the staff! We had an amazing experience at Hotel ALEGRIA Costa Ballena! What truly makes this hotel so special is its incredible team. Returning after 8 years and seeing the exact same warm, welcoming faces made our stay unforgettable. A huge, heartfelt shoutout to Ángel and Merchi, they are fantastic at what they do and genuinely make all the difference. It is rare to find such dedicated, kind people, and they are the main reason this place feels like home. We can't wait to come back! ¡Mil gracias Merchi y Angel! Espero que este comentario os sirva para seguir haciendo vuestro trabajo de tan excelente manera que lo hacéis.De parte de Jessica, Jesús y Enzo.

My family and I stayed for five days at the Alegria Costa Ballena Hotel where we enjoyed a wonderful stay made the more pleasant by Alvaro in Reception who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a family room for the four of us which was extremely comfortable and kept spic and span by the two ladies who were charged with the upkeep of all the rooms on our floor, they are called Yoanca and Mila, well done ladies! The food was delicious and the entertainment in the evenings very good. We also had the use of the Aquafun aquapark which is great for kids.We will definitely be returning especially with people like Alvaro, Yoanca and Mila helping everyone to have a great time.Best regards Richard and Giselle from Gibraltar.
