  A wonderful surprise in Chipiona, to which I will definitely return

  We usually summer in Chipiona in July, but this year for a special reason we decided to stay at La Plaza on a weekend in September. We’ve been ahead every summer since the building was built and we’ve never been inside, and although I saw their photos on their website, I must say that the interior of the apartments in person exceeds what they show in photos.Its location is in the heart of Chipiona, next to the supply market and the c/ Isaac Peral, one of the main ones of the locality, the facilities are modern and are great, and we were surprised that at the reception there were different details, from baubles (chupa chups, gummies, gum...), to sweets, or water.And about the apartment is wonderful. Very rarely have I been staying in a place where I have felt as comfortable as there, everything laid out diaphanously, with a very good bed and super comfortable, and huge sofa (where you could fit perfectly 4 people), a super modern kitchen and equipped with absolutely everything (not missing a detail, from washing machine, to fridge, freezer, or coffee maker), a very flirty bathroom (with bathrobes, different towels, amenities...), and a tremendously simple to manage a/c just like the TV. To say also that it is perfectly isolated from the noise of the street, and that for me for example that I have very thin ear I thanked very much.We were 3 wonderful days if I am honest, and I must confess that it has been a pleasant surprise to discover such a place in a place like Chipiona that I have known since childhood and to which I will surely return, although personally I will do it out of the summer season when the town is not as crowded as in July and August.I want to thank you for your treatment and your attention to both Claudia (who was the one who received us), and Eva, very friendly the 2 and willing to help and to make the stay as pleasant as possible, and apologize for the bad taste in our mouth as we left on our way out for a misunderstanding the afternoon before that I did not give importance but my companion did, but that was justified on the part of La Plaza.Therefore, I definitely recommend La Plaza, because it is very worth staying in their apartments, and with me I can assure you that you will have a client in the future.   Modern and chic, but too loud

  Very modern apartment house with chic, well-equipped apartments in a very central location in the middle of Chipiona. The central location is escape and blessing - it is just very noisy despite modern construction and good windows. Our ground floor apartment behind the reception was very noisy and therefore not recommended. Breakfast is served in a nearby, very nice bistro. Very neat. Locked parking for 15 euros/day within walking distance. Parking in public spaces hopeless. Overall good value for money. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de. View originals.

  Perfect!

  Sometimes you find the perfect place and this is one of them. Very quiet, clean and stylish. Good bed. Welcome kit with drinks and chocolate was excellent and location as well. Parking and breakfast nice few minutes walk from the hotel. Friendly staff! We didn’t need the outdoor space this time. Chipiona is really cosy beach town ☀️

  A nightmare stay that I will never forget

  I cannot describe the shock, pain and frustration this hotel has inflicted on me. I had meticulously planned every detail of my wedding, carefully handling the dress with white gloves, only for the owner and cleaner to carelessly move the dress and store it in the garage! It was dirtied and damaged ONE DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING. To make matters worse, the female owner was upset and pleading to make things better, only for her husband to deny anything ever happened and she then proceeded to lie and pretend nothing happened. Despite evidence (see photos) they showed no compassion, care or accountability for what they did, which I find disgusting and shocking. I will forever remember and never forgive the hotel owners for what they did, the dishonesty they expressed and the lies they continue to stand by. I look forward to justice being served.

  Negligent, dishonest and disrespectful hotel owners

  They carelessly damaged and stained an important, expensive wedding dress literally the day before the event and later dishonestly denied it all. We were very accommodating and only asked for the cost of the dress to be cleaned/repaired, ignoring the fact they tore the veil which consequently couldn’t be worn. The owner was unapologetic, callous and expressed no empathy towards the situation. He made no effort to make things right, refusing responsibility for what happened.The room itself was fine, although was noisy at night, early morning when receptionists arrive and has a lot of light bleeding into the room. Internet isn’t great for video calls and would frequently disconnect.
