We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The value for money is excellent, and the entire staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back!

Not good at all
18 Jul 2025
The hotel has definitely lost its personality and it's charm. This was a nice, tranquile hotel with distinguished travellers. Now because of the all inclusive and "offers", the kind of travellers has obviously changed. If you are looking for a tranquile place to stay, this is not the place anymore. Needless to say that the food is very bad. Had to eat outside cause there are only 4 main dishes, where one tends to be white boiled rice. The personel is absolutely amazing. Other than that, not good anymore. It's a shame as this was a special place. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at AZZ Guadacorte - Campo de Gibraltar Hotel, responded to this review Dear Veronique,We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback with us.We are delighted to learn that you found our team members to be exemplary during your visit. Our culinary team prepares fresh meals daily with carefully selected ingredients, offering varied options to suit different preferences. We understand the importance of maintaining the serene atmosphere that has long characterized our establishment, and we continuously strive to balance the needs of all our guests. Finally, we truly value the professionalism of our personnel, who consistently demonstrate their commitment to ensuring memorable stays for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more satisfying experience.Best regards,Javier ÁlvarezGuadacorte Park Affiliated by Senator, Manager

“ Still a Great Stay, But Missing Its Sparkle”
18 Jul 2025
This hotel has always felt like a home away from home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. It’s the kind of place where you feel genuinely welcomed. However, with the recent shift to an all-inclusive model, the hotel seems to be losing a bit of its original charm and sparkle. While it still offers many of the qualities I’ve always appreciated, some of the unique touches and personalized service appear to have diminished. I hope they find a balance that allows them to retain what made this place so special in the first place. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at AZZ Guadacorte - Campo de Gibraltar Hotel, responded to this review Dear Paul,We truly appreciate your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us.We are delighted that our accommodations met your preferences, with pristinely maintained quarters providing a relaxing environment. Your kind words about our team members' warmth and dedication mean a lot to us.However, we understand your perspective regarding our recent transition to an all-inclusive format. We value your input and will take your observations into consideration as we continue to refine our services. Finally, we are pleased that you found our location advantageous for your needs. Our prime position continues to be one of our most appreciated features. We would be honored to welcome you back for another visit.Best regards,Javier ÁlvarezGuadacorte Park Affiliated by Senator, Manager

Gone to the dogs
11 Oct 2024
Don't waste your money, this used to be a great place to stay but has literally gone to the dogs. Hotel is full of dogs, the lifts smell the room supposed to be a superior garden room is dirty bath is broken. Staff don't care not interested in resolving complaints. Tried to get a coffee sachet for the room to be met with the rudest vile abuse from bar staff. Pass on by this place. Hotel- cmanager, Owner at AZZ Guadacorte - Campo de Gibraltar Hotel, responded to this review Dear Leyton,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are deeply sorry to learn that your stay at Hotel Guadacorte Park did not live up to your expectations. We understand that the presence of pets in the hotel was not to your liking. Our hotel does welcome pets and we strive to ensure all guests, including those with four-legged companions, enjoy their visit. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and the scent you mentioned in the lifts; this is not the standard we aim for.We regret to hear about the state of your superior garden room. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we are disappointed to learn that we fell short in this regard. Furthermore, it is concerning to hear about the bath condition and we extend our sincere apologies for any discomfort or inconvenience this may have caused you during your visit. We tried to change you of room and you reject it, we feel sorry about it.Regarding the service you received, it is disheartening to hear that you found our staff unresponsive and encountered an unpleasant situation when requesting a coffee sachet. We hold our staff to high standards of hospitality and courtesy, and it appears we did not meet these standards during your interaction. Please accept our heartfelt apologies for any rudeness you experienced; this is certainly not the impression we wish to leave with our guests. We hope that you will return in the future for a more enjoyable stay.
