    Another excellent visit, we had a very enjoyable stay. Great food and accommodation. This is the best Barcelo we have stopped at so far. The Andalusian building style is very pleasing with its waterfalls and displays of flowers.     Hotel was clean and tidy, staff very good and the housekeeping staff were very good at their work.Food in restaurant was not of the temprature that l would expect.     Poor service, not family friendly.

    Very poor service. Disinterested staff (particularly at pool bar). Chased away from bar to order from table (we had been sitting and no one came to take order) only to be ignored again. (Not the only time this happened). We are half board and therefore wanted to spend money at the snack bar. Not sure if they thought we were all inclusive. Either way lack of service not acceptable in a supposedly 4T TUI establishment. Not family friendly, no inflatables allowed in otherwise unused pool. Pool freezing. Nothing much to do in surrounding area. Hired car to escape. Travelling with older teens who enjoy peace and quiet but are absolutely bored here, as are we.     Couldn't fault this lovely hotel

    Our 2week stay at this lovely hotel is coming to an end. It has been fabulous and we cannot fault anything or anyone.The hotel is immaculate, rooms are large and airy, super comfortable beds and a spotless bathroom. We stayed AI and the food & drinks were excellent. Staff in the restaurant & bars worked tirelessly, clearing tables immediately after use. Spotless!The hotel is situated across from the beautiful beach of Isla Canela. It's very peaceful and stretches for miles. Some good walks.
