    A very nice hotel with excellent staff. Great value. The rooms are really good with nice bathrooms. Public areas are excellent too. The gardens and pool area are well looked after.Ignore charge for parking as free on street parking available across the road. Breakfast was good with a great selection. Only let down was cooked breakfast which was unimpressive. More attention to detail required. Overall fantastic value and a lovely hotel.

    The room was NOT the one shown in picture. Not a 4 star hotel at all! Food wasn t too bad (drinks not included in the offer). Nice staffRoom not very clean and room service no comment! ( Dirty laundry left in the room even after cleaning)Very small pool

    Excellent, friendly, helpful staff. Greed of the hotel chain then takes over. Car park nearly empty due to 12 Euros a day car park charge. Hot breakfast ruined by being cold every morning, only eggs hot, cooked when ordered. Good basic items ruined at point of dispense. No bars, cafes,restaurant, shops within walking distance. 8 mins by car or taxi,to dine out..Dinner "buffet" style as well, good food served in a bad factory canteen. A safe cost 20 euros for 6 nights ! The hotel chain is fortunate its "front line" staff are better than whoever organises this hotel from head office ! Long way from the beach. The TV has only Spanish TV despite advertising "international "channels.

    Alegria el Cortijo is whithout any doubt a great hotel. The place is perfectly connected with Almonte, El Rocio, the beach and the Natural Reserve of Doñana. Moreover the hotel is very beautiful with a lot of courtyards to take a break, of course it has a swimming pool in the best conditions. In relation with the food the hotel offerts you a great variety of meals with a great taste and many typical spanish dishes such as Gazpacho or Paella. In addition, all the hotel workers are nice and efficient.I can tell you a little more about it, so I want to suggest that if you have to go Almonte, you should be here in Alegria El Cortijo.Federico Jiménez Rodríguez during the beauty contest Mister International Spain.
