Location

This hotel in Conil de la Frontera offers the ideal location for visiting the beaches of the Costa de la Luz, as well as to enjoy the sun, climate, gastronomy, and all the charm that this land has to offer. Guests have a choice of 16 apartments, 6 single rooms and 24 double rooms located in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings.     Awful experience. The carpet is old and the wall had a hole. The rooms are close and the people next door was loud and fighting waking us up. The phone in the room is old and the number to the lobby was wrong. Had to pull up reservations to get correct number to get someone to break up the fight next door. The rooms need updating.     Nice staff, tired rooms in need of renovation

    We stayed here over the Christmas period while visiting family.On arrival we were greeted by Jocelyn who was friendly and helpful.The decor in the lobby and breakfast area was nice, bright and modern.Our room was very spacious and clean, but definitely needed a complete renovation. I overheard a member of staff telling someone that the rooms had not been updated for many many years.Very big wardrobe in the room, but not enough coat hangers. We asked for more but they did not arrive until the next day.At breakfast there was no oat milk/soya milk/almond milk (allergy to cows milk) so we asked and were told they don’t have it. However, the staff went above and beyond and provided us with a big carton of oat milk in our room fridge, which was greatly appreciated.The rooms are made up every other day. When we asked on Christmas morning if our room could be made up that day, we were told no. We were however given fresh towels, which was nice. At that time, the hotel was not busy, so it would have been a nice gesture to make up our room that one day for us. Location was perfect for visiting family, plenty of parking and a great nights sleep each night.The rooms would need to be updated for us to want to stay here again - as a gold Hilton member, we have recently stayed in other Hilton hotels which have been a lot more modern. Overall, a pleasant stay.     This hotel was an excellent choice for my tennis team during a sectional tournament. The staff (Jocelin and Tyra) greeted us warmly every time we walked through the lobby and had keys waiting with our names for a double reservation before we even asked. They assisted us with a cancellation when the tournament ended early and made us feel so welcome! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean. It was nice to have breakfast available on the spot!     Absolutely amazing staff! Car broke down so we had to find somewhere to stay. Deb and Anthony attended to our needs at any time of the day. So lucky to have had such wonderful staff make a stressful day much better! 10/10 recommend staying here for any needs! The shuttle was convenient since we had no car to get around.
