  Location is an issue as this hotel is on its own in its own grounds. The nearest village is about ten minute walk down the hill and the local shop is very small and not a lot groceries in it !!!!! There is a small boutique in the hotel that sells bags of chrisps and water,( big tip bring your own water bottles as water fountains are all over the hotel and are free) food is adequate and themed nights lots of choice,chefs cook on the hot grill and lots of choice of salads and fresh fruit, Breakfast is great again lots of choice,and lots of fresh fruit.There is a small snack bar at the pool,staff are very nice,welcoming,and helpful. The pools are great lots and lots of sun bed no need to put your towels on them,Activities are good and well organized,and the night entertainment is fantastic.Now here come the bad bits ,this hotel gets very noisey at nights some guests are ignorant and slam there doors,leave there TV on very loud (people in room 1226) we had to get the night staff to ask them to turn it down it was 1-30 am!!!!!! The corridors are nice and wide but eco chambers,drinks that's if you can call it a cocktail as the bar staff are not cocktail mixers and evey one is pre mixed through a machine like a regular coke,and are so week i think they just show the glass to the vodka or gin bottle,so order a gin and tonic or a brandy because the cocktails maybe cheep but you get what you pay for!!!! Bedrooms are spacious,and well cleaned great cleaning ladies but the beds a little hard i suggest the hotel invest in buying mattress toppers. We are also pleased that you found there was no need to reserve sunbeds, as we provide plenty around the pools.We always aim to make each stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to assure you that our night staff are available to intervene when noise affects other guests, as happened during your stay.   We’re currently staying here and can’t really fault the hotel or facilities, it’s all kept clean and even when coming down to the pool at 11am there are plenty of sunbeds to choose from.The only downside I can report on is this hotel is very focussed towards its Spanish guests; most of the evening entertainment we’ve experienced has been completely in Spanish, even the interactions between songs, and the activities during the day are all carried out in Spanish, which if you don’t speak the language, doesn’t feel very inclusive. But that’s not to say you can’t enjoy yourself here, you just may not feel able to participate in all activities/entertainment. With that as well, I was really hoping to try some genuine Spanish cuisine here, but as it’s so focused on the Spanish guests, there doesn’t seem to be too much of that which is a shame for us wanting to experience it. Every night is a theme night and the food is lovely - hopefully we just haven’t come across the Spanish night yet!   Hotel very clean at all times. 2 pools spotless. Bed really comfy, shower great. On the whole staff were lovely esp in dining room and at the bar. On the downside, the breakfast was absolutely awful. Couldn't compliment any of it except the tinned peaches and crusty rolls and I am not fussy. Receptionists were mostly young girls with little english which made communicating v difficult. Obviously I could have made more of an effort re learning Spanish. Lastly On a high note I had 2 fantastic spa treatments from 2 lovely ladies. Wouldn't go back but did have a great time.
