Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers, families and singles, this hotel lies in Novo Sancti Petri, right by the sea. The nearest shops are about 600 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 400 non-smoking rooms, 28 junior suites, 21 suites, 21 apartments and 241 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (for a fee) (subject to availability). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. A business centre with projector and a flip chart and pens is available. Larger events can be organised with the help of the conference service. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 6 conference rooms.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In most units, guests can enjoy a partial sea view from a balcony or terrace. Most units have a sea view. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. An additional fee is charged for children's beds. There is also a safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar. The kitchenette comes with a microwave. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A selection of pillows ensures a comfortable stay. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a whirlpool bath and a bidet. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and bathrobes are available for daily use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. 11 wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. 73 family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The pool area, which includes indoor pools (no extra charge) as well as outdoor pools, is the perfect to relax after a full and active day. There are also 2 pools just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub (no extra charge) – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. A variety of sports are offered at the hotel, including bocce, beach volleyball and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, golf and paddle tennis. With water aerobics or, for a fee, windsurfing, canoeing and snorkelling available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and yoga or, for a fee, billiards and darts. A range of wellness facilities, such as a spa, a sauna, a steam bath and a solarium, are offered at the hotel. For a fee, guests can also take advantage of a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, a kids' disco, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a bar and a lobby bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 3 restaurants (a buffet and à la carte available). Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests serve themseves at the buffet or choose their preferred fare from the menu (for lunch and dinner). Gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We booked the hotel primarily because of our 8-year-old daughter. The decisive factors were the all-inclusive option, the pool area, the indoor playground, the proximity to the beach, the German-speaking staff, and the children's entertainment. All expectations were met; the indoor playground and the gym were both recently renovated. The staff was friendly, and everything was child-friendly. The restaurant had high-quality food, but unfortunately, it lacked a bit of variety and theme nights. The breakfast was first-class. The complex is manageable and very clean, so it doesn't matter that the rooms are a bit dated. Unfortunately, the beds are very light, so they shift when you lean on them. The double beds don't stay together and slide apart easily. The selection of snacks at the pool bar is very good, as is the quality of the food. The staff there is also very friendly. We booked for the following year during our stay.     The beds are horrible if you want a romantic holiday, two singles pushed together making it a “2 person bed” we were more on the floor than in the bed. The sauna and Turkish bath didn’t work. Even after politely asking 3 times it wasn’t turned on. The coffee did not taste nice.The staff was perfectly nice and polite, the cocktails were big and rich an the breakfast menu was so large we didn’t know were to go first.     We had a lovely time. I was pleasantly surprise with the facilities,staff and the well maintained grounds. I found the charge for the car park a bit steep but apparently it is quit normal for Spain. I was also surprised that you had no free sitting area around your beach bar.     Wonderful clean and well maintained place with excellent kids animation. Well organized kids club. always felt my kids are save and well cared for in the kids club.
