    A wonderful stay in a beautiful setting.

    We had a wonderful few days at Hipotel Gran Conil. We didn't expect a sea view but were given a room at the end of the corridor with a spectacular view of the pines and the ocean. It was also very quiet - we heard no other guests. We paid an extremely reasonable price, including breakfast - which was varied and plentiful. There was a complimentary bottle of water in the room on arrival and the mini bar fridge was empty for our use (you can buy mini bar packs as you like but we prefer the fridge for fruit and water).The staff was consistently friendly, polite and helpful. The location is fabulous. A wooden walkway to a spectacular beack. Walking route from the doorstep along the coast with stunning views. Conil is a beautiful and vibrant town with many shops, bars and restaurants. The pool is large and great for swimming and having a gym on site is a bonus.This is the most relaxed I have felt in years. Thank you Hipotel Gran Conil. We hope to return one day.     It was our first time in this hotel . The location is very good close to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the city centre where there are lots of restaurants and bars with affordable prices. The hotel is very clean the room is very good size. The pool is very well maintained and the indoor pool and the Spa are very good. The food is was excellent with lots os choice 😊 and all the staff are friendly and helpful 😀 😊 we will return for sure.     Fantastic Stay!

    What makes this hotel amongst the very best is the staff. Without exception they were friendly, polite, welcoming and genuinely seemed pleased to serve you. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival which was a nice touch. The room was spacious with a huge bathroom and water was hot and plentiful no matter the time of day. There are no tea / coffee facilities but there is a fridge to store water and cold drinks. Breakfast is a buffet with plenty of choice of both hot and cold food. We only ate in the hotel once in the evening which is also a buffet. It was well presented with plenty of choice and very reasonably priced. There are 2 bars - the pool bar which was open until 11.00 at night and had some good entertainment and the indoor bar which was only open in the evenings when we were there. Every afternoon between 5 and 6.30 there is a cocktail happy hour. Very enjoyable.The beach is a short walk down from the hotel and you can hire chairs and umbrellas from reception to take to the beach. It's worth going down in the evening to watch the sunset. Whilst other guests have said the town is a 10 minute walk I would suggest perhaps 20 minutes to get into the town centre itself. Although I'm not a fast walker!There were several restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the hotel including several on the beach.We travelled with Jet2 who only offer standard rooms but on arrival we upgraded to a sea view room on the 4th floor. Worth the extra money in our opinion.This hotel is highly recommended by us and we hope to return again one day.Thank you for a wonderful holiday.
