Location

The hotel is situated in a quiet residential development with magnificent panoramic views of Conil and its surroundings, full of natural beauty. This location offers guests quick access to points of interest in the area, including beaches (Bateles/Paseo, 1.5 km away) and the city centre, which is about 900 m away. The hotel can easily be reached from either Cádiz/Seville or Málaga. Jerez Airport and San Pablo Airport are 52 and 145 km away respectively.

Facility

30 rooms, including 2 junior suites and 27 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service (for a fee), an alarm call service and a laundry service. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror and a telephone are available for daily use. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy tennis and golf. For a fee, cycling/mountain biking is also available. The hotel offers indoor sporting activities such as a gym or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium. Subject to charge: a steam bath.

    very nice new hotel - do not understand why it has only three stars - the system in spain maybe different. Was in the main building - hug internal space - no tight floors leading to the bedrooms. Good breakfast, small Gym and spa with sauna and whirlpool (we had half day of poor weather).     Very nice, and fairly new hotel, staffed by people that are glad you are a guest.

    Very nice hotel, in an excellent location, and with easy access to and from downtown, beaches and points in between. The hotel itself is fairly new, with very modern furnishings, and is evident everywhere, including the bathrooms. Wifi signal is great and there are lots of very good tv channels, including American movie channels. The only downside is watching tv on a small 20inch screen. The hotel has a small pool and a barebones fitness room, with a sad - looking treadmill, and toys - r- us like weights, clearly an afterthought to all the activities at the beach and in town.What stands out the most from the hotel are the staff. From the receptionists to housekeeping, everyone is friendly and helpfull, and are certainly glad you are a guest. Of course it does not hurt at all that breakfast is included with my stay.     Lovely small hotel

    My husband and I stayed here with our daughter, booking two rooms next door to each other as requested. The staff were really friendly and helpful speaking much better English then our Spanish! They helped us with local information about beaches, restaurants and places to visit, and offered to help with booking tables in restaurants or local attractions. The rooms were very clean and modern with comfortable beds and a small mini fridge and the air conditioning was extremely useful! The communal indoor areas and the pool area outside were spotless too and the pool maintenance man was always cleaning and checking the swimming pool, which was lovely. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety, good breads and pastries, churros on one day, tortilla on another, good coffee. The cafe/ bar was always on hand through the day for drinks and light meals etc and room service was available for this too. It was quite a way out from the town centre and beach, but with walking shoes for us it wasnt a problem,and we had a hire car to drive to other beaches which were beautiful, and a visit to Vejer de la Frontera ( recommended) you were quite well placed for driving as you were outside of the town so access in and out was easier as Conil itself was very busy in August.     Stayed here for three nights when we visited Conil. Great hotel for a great price. Very clean + lovely pool and area to relax in the sun. Hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful.     We stayed on a trip to watch motorcycle racing. Excellent hotel. Spacious, clean, helpful staff, very good food. Secure car park for a little extra.
