  I was very disappointed on arrival i couldn't get to the room even having key card. This was the beginning of a nightmare. After getting into the room 1 hour later. The room was nice. Then 3rd problem big one arriving back in the evening from Gibraltar there was no electricity all night dissaster at 22.00 the reception said it was a first time which was a lie because the chaimber maid its been like that for a long time. It was not an Expierience it was a nightmare. I won't be back. A power failure in a guest room is undoubtedly inconvenient, especially when returning to the hotel after a day out. We understand how this could have significantly affected your stay and your perception of the hotel.However, we would like to clarify one point regarding your comment that our reception team "lied" when they told you it was the first time. Our team can only communicate the information available to them at the time. If there had been previous technical incidents affecting the same area, this does not necessarily mean that the reception staff were aware of them or that they were referring to the same fault. We therefore believe it would be unfair to interpret this as deliberately misleading you.We are pleased that, despite these problems, you found the room itself to be nice. Nevertheless, we fully acknowledge that the combination of the access problem and the subsequent electrical issue had a significant impact on your experience.We sincerely regret that you left the hotel feeling that your stay was a "nightmare".   A pleasant stay sleeping in a big comf bed

  This is a very convenient hotel for visiting Gibberish and San Roque. The breakfasy featuring ffreshly cooked omlettes, a fab Nespresso coffee machine with a range of strengths and every fresh bread, jam and ham you could wish for.The friendly staff and a warm smile from the lady cooking your omlette is a great way to start the fay.Walk outside tge hotel and you have a view of the boats in the marinaBye everyone i am going to worl off the breakfast in the invvitong hotel pool.   Pleasantly surprised

  We booked a junior suite room 711 with breakfast. The views of Gibralter rock and runway along with the views of the Marina were great.Room was tidy with plenty English channels on the tv. Very small pool for the size of the hotel we didn’t use as was always full,Breakfast was very chaotic and busy no matter the time we went but all staff in restaurant were great. Kept room on till 5pm for €30 was a godsend

  It's a nice place to stay close to Gibraltar!

  The hotel is located near the bus terminal and about 15 minutes from the Gibraltar border. When we visited Gibraltar, we still had to go through border control. Now, we can enter Gibraltar smoothly. The hotel is inexpensive, and we can walk through the air runway to Gibraltar. It was an amazing experience. The breakfast is excellent, and the room is average. The only drawback was that the maid forgot to clean the room.   Recommended. Great location for walking to Gibraltar, harbour. Slightly dated but fine, as the pictures. Clean, everything worked. Great breakfast buffet, incl. glutenfree. Parking practical, direct elevator to the rooms. Balcony fine. Pool good. Check-in / out was fine.TipsWalking to Gibraltar and across the airport landing strip was an interesting experience. Can keep the car in the garage after checkout, until 5 pm if I remember correctly. Pool towels in the lobby.
