  Very disappointing all around. Will not recommend to anyone unless if its your only option

  Overall my hotel experience here was very poor. The bars closed early with no explanation why decides from the boss wanting it closed for some reason. The plastic cup policy here is ridiculous where you cannot get a drink unless ypu bring back a plastic cup or a wooden chip. The buffet was terrible and alot of food was gone and a long time to wait for more food to be cooked. There would be a 20 minute queue just to get into the buffet. The shows was good and the rooms were well cleaned and prepared decides from that I don't have anything else good to say about the hotel. Out of the 3 bars members there was 1 bar member that was particulary very rude but i will not say names. The waterslides are only for kids and the pools weren't very deep. Overall a very poor experience and many other people feel the same way and won't go back.Thank youEn general, mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy mala. Los bares cerraron temprano sin ninguna explicación del jefe, que decidió cerrarlos por alguna razón. La política de vasos de plástico es ridícula: no puedes conseguir bebida a menos que traigas un vaso de plástico o una viruta de madera. El bufé era pésimo, había mucha comida y había que esperar mucho tiempo para que cocinaran más. Había una cola de 20 minutos solo para entrar. Los espectáculos fueron buenos y las habitaciones estaban bien limpias y preparadas; por eso no tengo nada más bueno que decir del hotel. De los tres miembros del bar, uno fue particularmente grosero, pero no diré nombres. Los toboganes son solo para niños y las piscinas no eran muy profundas. En general, una experiencia muy mala y mucha gente piensa lo mismo y no volverá. Gracias.   Poor food, pools and bar closed extremely early, every day a different time, is ridiculous. Only one staff or two speak English so the communication was very difficult. Animation very good, Carlos, Anthony, Isaac very good staff, 10/10. Very bad organised the buffet, plastic cups with coins is ridiculous. Room clean, modern and comfortable. Very spacious and the terrace was great. Bottle of Water not included in the all inclusive, ridiculous as well. Very disappointed.   Great entertainment! Thanks to El Peloncho, Carlos and Ernesto. Kids loved the swimming pools with the pirate boat and small slides. Big slides were fun too. A bit too overcrowded over the weekend but I guess that’s normal for being August. Rooms quite spacious, with a sofa in the sitting room that turns into another bed and it has a small kitchen with an electric stove and a fridge, quite useful to keep kids milk, water and juices cold.   Very average hotel with bad restaurant and only for spanish guests

  What I liked:- Hotel, pools, restaurant, rooms are kept clean- Rooms were spacious, even if a bit dated.- Food in the restaurant was mostly tasty, nice various additions like nuts, walnuts etc.- Staff is really friendly- Water slides are really cool, but only for kids up to 8-10 yoWhat I disliked:- There are too many rooms comparing to the capacity of the restaurant, pools etc.- The room I was accommodated in had a kitchen, but there were no glasses, plates, cutlery which is a waste of space, was this an aparthotel in the past?- The restaurant is way too small for the number of guests hotel tries to accommodate. If you don’t come to the meal within 15-30 mins from the start of the meal, then you will experience a “nightmarish” meal: everything is missing (cutlery, food), staff can’t keep up with the cleaning of tables, there are huge lines for every food that is prepared on the spot, the restaurant becomes extremely noisy. I have never experienced anything like this before and I have been to easily 10+ All Inclusive hotels- Food selection is a bit bad, I think a 4-star hotel should provide more for the price- Snackbar is really crowded during the day, tens of people in lines at any time of day- Hotel staff does not speak English. At all. There are maybe 2 persons at reception who are able to put a few sentences together, but most of the staff can’t even understand English numerals. If you are not familiar with at least basic Spanish then I strongly advise you: don’t go to this hotel- Hotel parking costs 10 euro/night, and there are tons of cars parked all around the hotel on nearby streets, so be ready to spend extra cash for the parkingAll in all, it could be a nice hotel if: you know at least basic Spanish and you are ready to go early for each of the meals. I would not come back there again and would advise my friends not to chose this hotel.   Nice hotel, very good swimmimg poll and tobogans. Very good rooms, big, nice furniture. The window bedroom for the stairs it isn't good. Very nice and helpfull staff on restaurant. Good food, but need more variety. lots of noise on the restaurant. Good prices (hope it maintains it).
