Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Disappointing Management and Overall Experience

I am giving my stay at the hotel one star.The location is excellent, and the beach is truly incredible. The staff were very friendly throughout the stay, and the facilities have good potential, although they clearly need more maintenance.However, the experience did not meet expectations. The decoration is excessively overloaded and, in my opinion, the photos published by the hotel do not truly reflect how exaggerated it feels in person. The food was also nothing special.The most negative part was witnessing how the hotel director treated the staff. I do not find it acceptable to see a manager shouting at employees in the corridors and in front of guests. That kind of behaviour does not show leadership or professionalism, and it greatly affects the image of the hotel.It is a shame, because the hotel has a privileged location and a very friendly team, but the management, maintenance, and certain details mean that the experience was not as expected.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, except for the staff at the terrace with the artificial grass. They kept changing the price of a certain wine from one day to the next. It was the same brand, but they claimed the label was either red or blue and that the price would differ—without even asking which one you wanted. The reception staff had no idea about this, and on top of that, they didn’t even have updated prices or a proper menu.
