    Cash was stolen from my room

    I was robbed in my room while I was away. Cash was stolen from my room, from my backpack. Someone entered the room and stole money from my wallet. The balcony was closed, and the room key was always with me. No action was taken by the hotel - there are no cameras, I filed a police report, but the hotel did not respond in any way. They clearly don’t care about their guests. This completely ruined my stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.     We spent there one week. Hotel needs a little refresh. Food was a bit salty and some dishes had no labels. Stuff was kind and smiling but had some troubles with communication in English. And I didn't get answear for my request.It was pleasant stay, but we won't back.     Enjoy the Superb Grounds and Kind Staff But Beware of "Ick Factor"

    We are here as a group of two families with children. There's much to recommend at this hotel - the slides, mini golf, etc. are all fun. However, the place is clearly short-staffed. The employees that ARE here are wonderful and hard working. But there aren't enough. The pool bathrooms run out of soap and toilet paper repeatedly, for hours at a time, each day. The food freshness and quality at the buffets is sub-par. The worst - I'm currently at the pool, sitting in front of a pile of vomit that's been there for two hours. An employee put a table over it immediately but didn't clean it. We've told multiple staff, but it's still there. Now it's been so long, someone has shifted the table and people are unknowingly walking through the vomit, sloshing it back into the pool. So ultimately, the "ick factor" here is pretty high, especially considering the price. The kids in our group would like to return (again, the slides) but I don't think the adults can stomach it.     Great Spanish family hotel with fun waterslides and delicious food.

    A great hotel that exceeded my expectations. The waterslides are really good and kept two 14 year olds happy for ages. The food is amazing - sushi, muscles, steak, pancakes, omelettes and great choice. The entertainment team work incredibly hard for all age groups. All of the staff work hard to make the guests comfortable. It caters mainly for Spanish families, but the reception staff speak English and everyone is very understanding to guests who don’t speak Spanish.
