My experience is that this hotel is not for Brits as language difficulties at every stage.

As far as we could find we were the only British holidatmakers. We were unable to communicate with the Germans in particular because they ignored us.The hotel is beautiful and exceptional but has no soul. Never, apart from Dinner did we see any numbers of guests. They seemed to disappear after dinner. I had the greatest stay at this hotel. The facilities are beautiful and staff are amazing. The only slight let down was that there were barely any activities or shows available, as it was late September. But we had an amazing time, so will be back! Lovely Hotel with Great Staff and Excellent Food

My partner and I just got back from an amazing stay at the Royal Hideaway Sancti Petri and honestly, it exceeded all our expectations.The hotel grounds are just stunning—the tropical gardens are so lush and peaceful. There are five pools to choose from, so we never had to race for a sunbed, and the padded loungers are super comfy. Being right on the beach was a massive bonus too; you just stroll through the gardens and you're right on miles of gorgeous sand.Our room was huge, spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. We loved sitting out on our private terrace in the evenings just chilling out. The food was also fantastic with loads of fresh variety at the buffet—the show cooking station at dinner was a huge highlight, and the fresh fish they prepared there was absolutely amazing. Afterward, the Prado del Rey bar was a great place for a drink and to listen to some live musicians throughout our stay.We also have to give a massive shout-out to Anna from the Guest Experience team. She was incredible and went completely above and beyond for us. She’s always smiling, so professional, and kept checking in to make sure we were having the best holiday and seeing if we needed anything at all. She really made our trip feel extra special.If you're looking for a relaxing, romantic break, this place is a total dream.
