    The complex is totally left, I don't know if it's because it was the end of August but in the week we were not seen cleaning the pools for a day, and we were up early. I went to the gym every morning and on the first day I saw the carcass of a cockroach that was in the same place all week, that is, they didn’t clean a day. The main pool showers were like a mud pool, puddled. The apartment with broken walls, curtains dropped, we are very poor maintenance. We had a reservation for 8 days and left early.     Lovely apartment, very clean, we had a washing machine and dishwasher in ours. Beds were so hard and the pillows were like paper. Staff were quite rude as we were tourists (that’s how we felt anyway). Nothing to do in local area. We had to hire a car to go anywhere. There’s one small supermarket within walking distance but the prices are extortionate. Restaurant on site was ok but again, we felt the staff were not interested in us in the slightest because we’re not Spanish. Very little entertainment in the evenings, and it’s only aimed at very small children. Pools were good and not too crammed. Air con in rooms was also good but beware of putting air con on at same was washing machine or dishwasher, as it will cause the electricity to trip. We won’t return to the area, simply down to the lack of respect from staff and that there’s nothing to do within walking distance.

    We arrived a little too early at 2pm but no attempt to hurry our room up from the advertised 5pm check in which was a shame. In fact we felt quite the opposite and felt they made us wait! We hope not the case. Once we checked in the room was clean, comfy and seemed nice. A good place, pool nice but we felt could be cleaner. Great so close to the beach. Nice place and we would recommend however not many restaurants not supermarket close by.

    Apartment wasn’t that clean and very basic inside. Some communal areas were a little shabby. A lot of the facilities were closed (indoor pool, gym with no air con).Near beach but difficult to access elsewhere without a car. Security staff were very rude.

    Absolutely terrible . My daughter had somebody enter her apartment with a key spent whole holiday terrified .... no apology from management . Would not recommend for anyone travelling on their own Not safe
