  Almost impossible to navigate through various codes and chats that are useless and only make you angry. Blind bathroom without a fan, no elevator, small bed instead of a double, at least the window on the ground floor is closed, without being able to open it for some air due to the bathroom condensation.Tiny sink, only 2 towels.   It is supposedly a hotel, but it would be classified more as self-catering accommodation. To begin with, there is no reception, nor a sign at the entrance that says A&Z Frailes hotel. The entrance is a portal with a paper attached to the door where there is a QR code, which indicates the steps on how to check-in with or without a locator number. It does not have an elevator and there are 4 floors of narrow and steep stairs. There is no TV. The doors of the rooms are mostly broken as if they were forced. The size of the room is not bad, but very simple decoration and the bathroom is simple, to go to the shower you have to enter from the side because you touch the toilet bowl with your legs and to sit on the toilet you have to have to do it sideways.
