Hace dos años fue la multa falsa por aparcamiento; el año pasado, los ascensores; este año, las tumbonas y las escaleras de la piscina. Cada verano surge algún problema que no se soluciona a tiempo. Además, las plazas de aparcamiento apenas cubren el 50 % de la ocupación de los residentes.two years past was the fake fine for parking, last year was the elevators, this year veré the deck chairs and the pool stairs; every summer there´s some issue that doesn´t get fixed at the appropriate time. And the parking spots barely cover the 50% of the resident´s occupation

Great place for a base and very quite gardens with lovely pool view a dream wish I was back lying listening to my music next to pool sun beating down then out for a meal nice pubs around you especially black jacks great pint and a game of pool while watching the footy

Only spent a night here as a guest. Still the place seems like a dead end. There's actually dogs outside on the balocny's barking through the night. Sound insulation between apartments is lacking so getting a good nights sleep would be diffucult if your neighbor has any screaming kids

We booked this in error as I had previously stayed in the real Sol hotel down by the Marina. Anyway we hoped to make the most of a bad choice. The apartment was as described , clean , small, split level. Storage was limited. The building itself is now called ALOHA PLAYA. It is a residential building, no bar, restaurant etc. There is a pool and garden area. The residents were mostly workers. They had dogs and everyday when our neighbour went to work we heard the dog howling for ages. Work was going on in some apartments so we often heard drilling and hammering. There was no housekeeping, no cleaning or towel change over a two week period. We did use the washing machine which was provided. The communal areas , staircases etc were not clean. The company we booked through were called Blue , they did not make contact when we sent an email to question about the lack of housekeeping.

We arrived on the monday and left on the Thursday after a short stay of misery!Started with opening the front door to a feisty smokers smell which seemed to be embedded in the antiquated bed sofa, the floors still had beachgrit on them, the air con was wedged open with a stick in the grill, and when switched on moisture leaked onto the tiny tiny patio area which swamped it because the drain hole was blocked.wiring was suspect, with what seemed like an extension coming from next door through the wall?? switches that didn't work. the WIFI was out of action for 2 days and the bed set up was very poor, we were not sure if it has been cleaned at all if ever, lets just say we didn't feel clean at any time in the apartment. The list become endless and then we just had to say adios to aloha after 3 days
