Location

    A lovely spot!

    First time here - 3 nights all inclusive at a super rate. I did eat out one night, as there’s a restaurant I love - but can not fault the food here. The hotel and all the areas are clean, the staff are totally sound and attentive. Everything is easy and straightforward. I will be back! An ideal spot - lots of entertainment and a handy supermarket under reception - has all the bits you’d need!

    We have recently returned from a five day break at this hotel. We had a lovely welcome at reception and were glad to find the dining room was still open despite not arriving till gone 9pm.We had a room on the 9th floor which was extremely basic (literally a bed and bathroom) with no kettle etc but for the low price we paid it was fine. The food was pretty basic but we were glad to find that alcoholic drinks were included at meal times as we were half bored. The pool areas were very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds etc. It’s in quite an isolated area and everything is downhill so prepare yourself for the walk back. The town centre was nearby and the beach is only about 2k away.All the staff were really nice and the atmosphere was really good. We paid less than £300 for the hotel and flights so we were happy with the value.

    4th time returning here and will continue to come every year. We always have the best time can not fault the hotel at all. Special mention to imed and santi, they really made our stay & my little boy loves them both! If I had one minor critism it would be that the entertainment is quite late and really loud. Other than that perfect and will continue returning here every year.

    The room we were given was brilliant so clean and comfortable. And we found out we had been given a suite which was good. The entertainment was a mix bag but we mostly enjoyed it especially the kids disco because we're big kids 🤣 the staff were amazing imed in the restaurant was always lovely we also tried to teach him some Scottish and told him we'd bring him some Scottish snacks next time we come. The bar staff were amazing and always a smile for you. The grounds while stunning was a little away from the main town but the bus service is brilliant and regular and if not a taxi from town was 7euro. The food while it looked amazing wasn't to our taste but we always found something to eat maybe a few Scottish breakfast options being added would be awesome but again we found food to eat. There is always the hotel shop for bed room snacks or a shop out the hotel and left and left again along the road life saver passed midnight for food. The food being a tiny issue didn't put is off we already booked for next year sitting buy the pool for for 15 days and we're brining my son next time as it was just a couples holiday but I can't wait to come back

    Lovely holiday in Altuasun Costa Park.

    This is the fourth time we stayed in this hotel. I was on a crutch and they were so helpful and gave me a walk in shower. Courtesy buss runs every 20 mins to the center r the beach, in between the 110 travels the same route. Staff are exceptional in all areas of the hotel. They are a great team.The bus is at the bottom of the road but I had no problem even with a crutch.
