    Lovely hotel in good location rooms clean bed comfy but they move would recommend fixing wall across road from beach lovely views bit noisy with people shouting to each other early morning people moving furniture so we're woken up early every day so not restful morning only let down was the food morning breakfast was fine but evening meal was big let down every nite didnt eat anythink for couple days ended up eating out which was not what we paid for which was shame as we loved hotel and would consider coming back bed breakfast lovely pool and staff very nice

    We paid for an upgrade to a deluxe junior suite which was beautiful. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived about 6pm and we were promised a gift in our room as an apology. Never arrived. Asked about it the next day. Still nothing. Our booking included nightly turndown service which we only received 3 nights out of seven.We decided to eat in the restaurant as we were on a half board basis. My wife and I have never seen or tasted such horrible food. There was no flavour in any of the dishes, even the salad was clearly on the turn. The self serve ice cream spoons are kept in dirty water. We’re not fussy eaters but we ate in the restaurant twice had breakfast once in our 7 days stay, that was enough! to say it’s poor is an understatement! And the staff are unfriendly and miserable! We visited the upstairs pool as it was included, it’s more modern clean and a nice change from downstairs, however again the staff were rude! I attempted to speak in my limited Spanish and I was interrupted by the bar lady with “I KNOW WHAT YOU WANT”. Overall - a gorgeous room but the food is terrible and the food was on the same par as the staff - shocking - perhaps send them on a customer service course! What a shame.     Hotel seemed nice when we arrived, we went for dinner in the restaurant the first night, it was awful the food was bland and uninviting … we tried breakfast the next morning and that was no better…. Yuk ….we were there a week so we tried another dinner, there is an open fridge in the restaurant so we took a bottle of water and filled our glass’s, we started to eat when an obnoxious waiter came over and demanded where we had got the water, we explained from the fridge… he promptly told us that it wasn’t allowed we weren’t allowed to take from the fridge… we apologised as we weren’t aware of this as there’s no signs anywhere saying water isn’t free and not to take… 2 servers then came over and demanded to know where the water was from…. We explained again… we were then brought a bill of €3 …. What a n embarrassment over 1 bottle of water.     Arrived Sunday 26th April for weeks holiday ...All well and healthy.1st impression foyer nice...pool area nice room wasn't ready...but when it was what a disappointment..lovely side on Seaview from balcony but room VERY DATED especially Bathroom..no wardrobe just hanging rail...and minute fridge which we had to pay 10 euros for.....in a 4 star hotel????.Food in restaurant very poor quality, bland and uninviting....why the micro??and sorry to say staff not very pleasant..especially gentleman on door overseeing staff shouting at them ect..not good atmosphere..However as we were only away for one week we decided to make the most of things.On WED however things took a turn for the worst, come lunch time when my husband and I were out..I became increasingly unwell and struggled to return to hotel where I was violently sick numerous times and toilette problems..confined to bed all evening.On asking Tui rep Louise, following morning if there was a bug problem in hotel was told yes other people had complained of sickness...and she would get room deep cleaned??.hand sanitiser was suddenly on restaurant doorway and revolving notice board had warning also???!!!.After talking to other guest realised this was a widespread problem in hotel..people from Glasgow . Belfast, Dublin,and England ALL UNWELL AT SAME TIME.!!On returning home still feeling tired ect I expressed my serious concerns to Tui.. through complaint procedure..to be told after looking into things I was only one complaining....NOT TRUE!! volume of people sick was horrendous. I had to leave a 1 to for feedback or it would have been minus...never again would I go near this hotel!!     Had a lovely week location very flat and right overlooking the promenade and rooms food very nice .Only problem is the entertainment at night finishes at 11 pm every night which is a bit early for when Ur on holiday and don't want to be set to a time ..The resturaunt is open. Till 10pm so If U eat at 8 pm you only get entertained for about 1 hours when the artiste break off comes back on ... This is the only disappoint in this hotel .You Def need to extend the time to make the residents happy even if you do bingo before hand then an artiste till at least 11.45..
