Location

This new building of apartments is located in the centre of Nerja, within a few minutes' walking distance of the famous “Balcon de Europa” as well as the “Salón” and “Calahonda” beaches. A range of dining and shopping facilities and more can be found in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 13 rooms and 4 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. Further amenities include a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, volleyball, golf, fishing and horse riding. With banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The apartment hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym and aerobics. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area.

    Montserrat was so helpful the apartments are fantastic spotless everything one need beautiful rooftop terrace with seating and sin beds to relax once again Montse was just amazing and thank you soon much will definitely be back next year and would highly recommend abril apartmentos central to everything.     Beautiful appartment great location only thing that was bad was when we arrived late at night no one was in reception it was locked no one answered the phone we were stuck outside late at night it was only that a Spanish passer by was able to get the attention of the receptionist by banging on the door .they knew what time we were arriving and there was no one there .the receptionist was asleep and not answering the phone or door

    This was the best!!!! Such a beautifully furnished massive apartment!! Couldn't have wished for a better place to stay in the town... just a short walk away from all the restaurants and shops. I was blown away by the grandness,, the fire place...mirrors..the interior was incredible,, felt very lucky to stay there. Two huge rooms..     WE had stayed in, Hostal Abril, 2 years ago & were Blown away with that AMAZING stay,it's the cleanest Hostelry place We ever stayed in & we have stayed in 5* hotels around the world 😉. We wanted to return, We arrived at Hostel Abril but I now have some Mobility issues & requested a Ground floor room, we were shown a room but too small for my needs,We were offered an apartment in their other establishment down the street,cost just a little more & just for steps to climb, we entered the Grond Floor Apartment .. AMAZING, not huge but very adequate, bathroom with shoer,double bedroom, separate lounge 2 sofas .. 1 of which was a Double Sofa bed,a TV, Kettle & tea.     Great location 10 minutes walk from the centre. We arrived and got to choose which apartment we wanted. We opted for apartment 3 San Juan. 2 floor apartment with mezzanine bedroom 2 toilets, 2 showers (although one you can't use as not attached to the wall ) lovely balcony with outside seating and another roof terrace which would benefit having chairs on. Apartment was clean well equipped and beds were very comfy. Shame about the building work opposite which starts at 8am Mon- Fri and stops at 6pm. Owners did offer to move us on Thursday when i contacted them about the noise however having only 3 nights left we decided to stay put. Building noise aside we would stay again
