  Good beachfront location BUT apartment block very dated in need of a massive upgrade our apartment was no 205...lots of electrical issues broken lights and wall sockets, broken kettle reported but not sorted terrible smell from under the sink couldn't figure it out … only way to contact the rental company was by email which was not replied to.. all décor very dated seen better days. For the time of the year and the price paid we didn't consider it good value and would not recommend ..pity its been let sink to this level

  Fabulous apartments in magnificent location

  Fabulous apartments with magnificent Sea View we booked via La Roca Rentals but stayed in a premium room under the name of Calma Rentals which is the same company just the name is different as they are classed as luxury apartments, lovely stay here and spacious apartment with air con, everything required for a self catering holiday you get a key fob for free for access to the beach via a lift which is down stairs next to the apartments you are 2 mins walk away from Calle san Miguel the main shopping street and La nogarela which is the gay bars etc would not hesitate to book again and we will be looking at booking for next year

  5 STAR VIEWS AND LOCATION 3 STAR APARTMENT

  My second stay here the last being in 2017 and found this stay to be just as enjoyable as my last stay.The building is an imposing structure atop the cliffs above the beach which gives fantastic views up and down the coast.The entrance to the complex is through a security gate which can be an issue if you arrive by car as you don’t get the fob to open the gates until you check in but I was aware of this and the walk from the gate to the apartment isn’t very long even with bags.The location is great being a short walk to the centre of Torremolinos and while it is up high above the beach there is path through some bungalows that takes you down to an elevator that takes you down to the beach and more importantly brings you back up.My apartment this time was 310 which was an interesting apartment being larger than the previous apartment I stayed in before and had been renovated but I would say that was a while back and was showing its age but was clean and comfortable but some of the furniture really needs replacing. From what I understand each apartment is individually owned so the furnishings are chosen by the owner so the décor of each apartment is dependent upon the owner. My apartment was spacious, had one bedroom, two bathrooms, laundry facilities and by the look of the building once had a balcony which has now been enclosed but had windows that could be opened. The kitchen was well equipped but over time I guess things got broken they were replaced so a lot of things didn’t match not that it was a big issue and each apartment would vary.Lots of small issues with the apartment like the sliding shower door didn’t slide very well, the a/c unit in the bedroom had been dripping and had stained all the books under it and lots of bits and pieces all over the apartment that shows that it is owned by someone and not a corporate owned apartment complex.My room was at the end of the corridor and looked down on the beach and north up the coast to Malaga and guests get a key which you can use to take the lift down to the beach and back which saves you the full walk up and down.The property has some lovely grounds with plenty of sun lounges and a huge pool but one annoying thing is that despite this being a holiday area the pool has ridiculously short hours something like noon to 5 or 6pm when I was there in May but they do open a little longer June and extend again in July but the weather in May was beautiful and having to wait until noon is frustrating.I had a car during my stay and never had a problem getting parking at the property which is a bonus.The staff at the front desk were an absolute delight particularly the English lady who was often on duty.This is a really good apartment option in Torremolinos, though not perfect but I have already booked to return next year.

  steer well clear of room 407-make sure when you book you get the exact photos of where you are staying,not the photos put up on the website which are very mis-leading,we had no wi-fi,an old tv the size of a laptop with no english channels,an open electric fuseboard located above the kitchen sink!!! talk about death trap,cracked & dangerous paving on the balcony,electric sockets hanging off walls with bare wires showing,a bath like an ice rink,so slippery & dangerous, i could go on & on,very disappointed and a complete rip off,i have complained to Hotels.com whom i booked with but apart from an apology they are not interested.Fab area in the old town we will defo go back just not to these ramshackle apartments!!!!

  Nice entrance and lobby areas for relaxing. Reception services good. Building becoming very dated and tired looking. Outside areas around the pool pleasant. Some of the apartments are really showing their old age. The one I was given was not particularly clean in the kitchen area, dirty work surfaces ! Bathroom OK but shower area very dangerous . No anti-slip mat,shower fitting loose on the wall like somebody had slipped before and grabbed the fittings to the wall and loosened it away from the wall. Serious breach which should have been attended to before letting again. Staff should have noticed this. So overall a thumbs down 👎, how many other apartments 🤔 like this
