Nice apt.great view.but customer service from the receptionist was very poor no customer rapore no smile and rude no greeting.will never go there again..

Quiet location, walking distance of old town. Bars , restaurants, supermarkets nearby. Nice quiet hotel, clean , well organised, good value for money. I would definitely come back.

Overall, this was a good stay for me and my two kids (13+16).Pros:Very close to beach/shops/city centerThe bed was hard (which i prefer)Price was very goodAccess to hotel pool that was either sunny or shaded, depending on time of day. The pool was reasonably clean.Receptionist very friendly yet professional.There is a hotel cat.Cons:WiFi inadequate during high use periods (evening time)Shower design makes the floor soaked when showering, even spilling into the hallway (I put a towel on the floor in front of the bathroom door)The AC unit is not super effective, or maybe I couldn't figure it out. Either way, a small issue.

Im here with my wife since the 13 of June and im not happy at all it says we have a washing machine in room with our package well low and behold we don't pool in shade never any sun clean towels only giving every 4 days when asked for clean towels all I got was horrendous abuse from a stern woman plus bed sheets only changed every 7 days as you all know we all sweat so why 7 days I booked with love holidays hence they are not checking we there clients are staying and condition of the places . Apartments are in a fabulous location but are very tired and in need of good deep clean. Kitchen cupboard doors are smeared with grease that have only being half wiped.. half roll of toilet paper is all that was provided and no soap to wash hands after using toilet ...being to nerja many times and there much better places to stay within same budget.

We have stayed here before and found it a fantastic location for our needs we were given a bigger room than normal with a good size balcony I can't believe other people have left this place bad reviews for such trivial things as a chipped cup you must have a really sad life we paid £140 for 4 nights including flights what's not to like we love nerja and we love mediteranneo
