English- and French-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Cosmetic products and a selection of towels provide additional comfort in the bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. There are many ways to relax or stay active in the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, golf, windsurfing, diving, a gym and hiking.

    Holiday perfectionWe stayed in a 3 bed townhouse. This has been our most successful holiday over many years. We were so lucky as our house had direct access to one of the shared pools. It was so quiet (end of Aug) that most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The cleanliness and attention to detail was second to none.The flowers and greenery around the pool and indeed the whole holiday village were so beautiful. We didnt hire a car and instead walked into Puerto Banus (25 mins very safe walk. Most of walk is pleasant but you have to go under a busy underpass briefly). Of course if we wanted to venture further we would have hired a car. But we only wanted sun, pool, sea and restaurants so PB met needs outside of a accommodation. We also ate Brunch and/or lunch many times at both of 2 local restaurants which I would highly recommend 👌 We were honestly so happy. We are a family of 5 with kids age 14, 12 and 6. Ticked all our boxes and more.We will surely be returning!

    I had an amazing experience at Apartamentos Serinamar, the staff were lovely and helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean, and there were beautiful gardens and surroundings! We walked to Puerto Banus which was only about a 20 minute walk away through a beautiful promenade. We decided to come here after seeing Marbella was voted Best Destination in Forbes and our apartment made it all come together giving us a home away from home! I highly recommend!

    We stayed here from 20/07 - 25/07 check in was easy just punch ur booking number into a screen at reception and get your keys and a map that leads you to ur room. Apartment was spacious and well air conditioned, pool was very big and a good temperature. The complex felt very secure with gates needing a resident key to open. Within the complex there is a mercado which was very convenient, we bought food here everyday. The complex is only around 10 minutes from Puerto Banùs. With other amenities within walking distance as well. All in all a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommend.

    Everything was perfect . Super clean and spacious penthouse apartment .The best environment and kind host we had Patricia .     Avoid - security not taken seriously

    Just returned from a short break - at 9pm the night before departure home we discovered that our apartment had been burgled - jewellery and cash stolen from the safe - despite contacting the on site out of hours number we were offered no support or help - on further investigation ourselves it would appear that access had either been gained through a faulty upper window OR via the front door with keys (despite us always setting the alarm - which suggests a staff team member gaining access). Despite using the safe access was gained ( not sure how - again suggests an inside job). Unable contact Police despite asking for help - a very distressing time for our family. Shame because overall we had thought the apartments were of a good standard and favourable location. apartamentoserinamar, recepcion at SERINAMAR - Los Naranjos De Marbella, responded to this review Dear guest, We are not agreed by your comments, first and very important my colleague cared to help you despite the time of your call and he suggested to do the correct thing to contact the police as this was a police matter. Second I would like to mention to all readers that this house has a very good alarm system which you did not connect from On October 22, We have received a company report from Verisure confirming this fact, Thirdly you never request the key to use the safe box, I do not want to finish this message without saying we did not like the accusations you have made about staff, we have been renting houses for 20 years and we are a very good and honest team.
