The beach hotel is ideally situated in the beautiful tourist area of Puerto Banús. It is just minutes from the nearest beach and the city centre. We absolutely loved our Marina view suite! The bed was so comfortable, room so spacious and clean. Bathroom was fabulous! Staff super helpful and available 24/7! Loved it and cannot wait to go back - noted room number and shall be booking for next month!

Great location,that's about it ! rooms are very spacious but old and in need of an upgrade, breakfast was very poor, we were woken at 7am each morning with builders right outside our room tipping rubble down a shute into a skip when we complained we were told nothing could be done and not offered a different room, defiantly wont be returning.

Great place to stay for golfers - 2 bedroom apartments with loads of space make a nice change from twin rooms. Location is ideal just one street back from the marina. Sky Bar great start point (although expensive) - rooms cleaned daily. We did not eat here as room only.

Sky Lounge - Terrible !!

The Sky Lounge experience was awful. The bar guy (blondish hair) who seemed to be in charge was rude and unhelpful to my friends and I. We ordered 4 drinks and 15 mins later no sign. We asked him how much longer and he snapped that they were busy (which they absolutely were not) place was empty. I pointed this out and he scowled at us. Another 5 mins still no drinks we asked again and he ignored us so I went up to the bar to complain and he said if we didn’t like the service feel free to leave. So we did!! Honestly if this is the way they treat paying customers they don’t deserve custom. Only thing this place has going for it is the view but once you’ve seen it you’ve seen it. The drinks are way overpriced, service is awful and there is no vibe. It’s empty and they insist on playing terrible elevator music. So many better options with nicer staff. I get he’s probably on minimum wage and can’t be bothered but no excuse!

The apartment are holes for young people who don’t care where they stay. They are loud dirty and uncomfortable. I can’t stress enough for decent people don’t stay here. The sky lounge absolutely no atmosphere, overpriced water downed drinks they are charging you a fortune for the view it’s not worth it. The staff are miserable and the bouncer is pathetic the power has gone to his head so much he’s embarrassing himself! There are lots of great bars in banus this is one to avoid!!!
