Nice apartments over looking the yacht harbour, super convenient. However, spoilt by the Sky Lounge who make you wait. Despite being 50% empty for a bar member to decide to let you in. The first night we tried ordering drinks at the table, ignored for 45 minutes. The second evening, ignored before ‘lifting the red rope’ despite being almost empty. Please…. This level of arrogance, ignorance, attitude and rudeness gives Puerto Banus a bad name.Many bars and restaurants to visit, stay clear of the pretentious bar, the views do not forgive the attitude.

We absolutely loved our Marina view suite! The bed was so comfortable, room so spacious and clean. Bathroom was fabulous! Staff super helpful and available 24/7! Loved it and cannot wait to go back - noted room number and shall be booking for next month!

Great location,that's about it ! rooms are very spacious but old and in need of an upgrade, breakfast was very poor, we were woken at 7am each morning with builders right outside our room tipping rubble down a shute into a skip when we complained we were told nothing could be done and not offered a different room, defiantly wont be returning.

Great place to stay for golfers - 2 bedroom apartments with loads of space make a nice change from twin rooms. Location is ideal just one street back from the marina. Sky Bar great start point (although expensive) - rooms cleaned daily. We did not eat here as room only.

Sky Lounge - Terrible !!

The Sky Lounge experience was awful. The bar guy (blondish hair) who seemed to be in charge was rude and unhelpful to my friends and I. We ordered 4 drinks and 15 mins later no sign. We asked him how much longer and he snapped that they were busy (which they absolutely were not) place was empty. I pointed this out and he scowled at us. Another 5 mins still no drinks we asked again and he ignored us so I went up to the bar to complain and he said if we didn’t like the service feel free to leave. So we did!! Honestly if this is the way they treat paying customers they don’t deserve custom. Only thing this place has going for it is the view but once you’ve seen it you’ve seen it. The drinks are way overpriced, service is awful and there is no vibe. It’s empty and they insist on playing terrible elevator music. So many better options with nicer staff. I get he’s probably on minimum wage and can’t be bothered but no excuse!
