Good location, AC and Wi-Fi, but poor cleanliness, limited service, noise, cramped rooms and parking issues

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our overall experience. The apartment had an ant problem, and the bedrooms were extremely tight, with very limited space for both guests and luggage. There was also no assistance available for carrying luggage in or out, and the reception/help desk service, while acceptable, was quite limited and not particularly helpful.Cleanliness was also an issue. Despite staying for around 16 days, only one cleaning service was provided during the entire stay, around the middle of our visit, with no option to request or pay for additional cleaning. The provided coffee machine was extremely dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly, so I had to thoroughly clean it myself before using it.Noise was another concern. The neighboring apartments could be quite busy and loud, with conversations, furniture being moved and other noise sometimes continuing until after midnight, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.The main concern, however, was the parking. Despite paying separately and upfront for parking, a parking space is not guaranteed. When we raised this with reception, we were informed that the issue was caused by some guests bringing more cars than permitted. In my opinion, this is a management issue that should not become an inconvenience for paying customers. If parking is charged separately, guests should reasonably expect a space to be available for them.On the positive side, the apartment was modern and well furnished, the AC worked very well, the Wi-Fi was good, and the resort is in a very convenient location.Overall, I would rate the experience 5/10. The property has some good qualities, but the cleanliness, parking situation, limited services, noise, cramped bedrooms and ant problem significantly affected the overall experience.

A beautiful place to stay

An absolutely brilliant trip away with friends. The hotel is spotless, all the staff are so friendly and as a group of friends we had the best time. We went into Puerto Banus and the reception staff couldn't do enough for us, ensuring we had taxis and they were also really accommodation when checking if late check out was available. Thank you ?? Stayed 10 days with my mom of 86.Royal Marbella Golf resort in Estaponia - Marbella is Wonderfull located in the middle of all the highlights of Andalusie.As you stay here you do need a car! And there is no bar or super market in the complex.Knowing this; it s no problem..The view is lovely, the employees are kind& pure, really helpfull to give you your best holiday.The appartments have modern interieur just like the pictures and are really comfortabele.We enjoyed our stay! We had a lovely stay. The journey from the airport was only 50 mins and there is plenty in the area to do. We would recommend having a car. There are many local beaches nearby as well as Marbella, Puerto Banus and Selwo Adventure.The apartment was spotless - cleaned three times during the week. Lidl and Mercadona nearby and plenty of restaurants within a 10 min drive.There is a tiny shop and cafe within walking distance - I walked with our daughter in her pushchair easily but just be mindful as there isn't a pavement all the way.The security and reception team could not be more welcoming and helpful, they were great.There is a superb "lounge" area with water, tea, coffee and biscuits as well as space to work/plug in your devices.The pool area is sizcious, clean and tidy. There are plenty of beds. The water is cold!!
