Second holiday in hotel benalma this year all expectations were reached and more we were on the 5th floor with beach view. From start to finish the experience was very enjoyable from check in to checkout the hotel staff went over and above. Food was of a high standard and always fresh and warm enjoyed the outside breakfast sitting. Special thankyou to the bar staff especially Laura nothing was never any trouble and she always had a smile on her face thankyou. Great entertainment at the hotel elvis and micheal Jackson was so professional. The only minor niggle is the room not available till 3pm on arriving at the hotel at 10.30am but was all inclusive straight away, real nice touch from carolina sorolle guest experience manager we returned to our room to find a bottle ?? cava ?? on ice thankyou and all the team. Great hotel and staff....shame about the luke warm food!

Hotel and staff were great however the food lets it down. There is a good variety of food at every meal however it is luke warm. We read other reviews about cold food prior to booking but figured people often complain or are a bit fussy. Sadly however we found every meal was luke warm. We would not stay again fof this reason.
