Location is very good as it is central to the beach and the bars and restaurants at bonanza square.The pool area is lovely as is the bar area. A very nice comfy sitting area as well inside the hotel where you can have a nice quiet read. The restaurant is also good and I certainly have no complaints about the food. Our rooms were fine though we did have to change as the air con was soo noisy but it was too hot not to have it on. It wasn’t a problem though, the reception staff gave us another key card so we could go and inspect another room and check out the air con which turned out to be brilliant. The maids are also very good and clean the rooms perfectly.Another tip is that whilst we were there, we came back to our room one day to find a kettle, cups, tea and coffee. We went down to reception to tell them they’d made a mistake but no, they now supply kettles etc in all rooms.Can’t say anything about entertainment as we go out in the evenings.All in all we had a great holiday in a lovely hotel.

Location great, the whole hotel is spotlessly clean and kept that way by the helpful, cheerful staff. Rooms are pretty basic (no drawers, only shelves) but the safe is fee and plenty of hanging space.Went with a group in October 2026, having also stayed there in 2024. Several improvements were noted such as the indoor area next to the pool bar.I have only 2 negatives to mention. First of all the evening entertainment is almost non-existent and held in an area which does not engender any sort of crowd atmosphere.The 2nd negative is a biggie. Apart from the addition of a couple of stir-fry stations (very welcome) and a hot plate for the fish or meat of the evening, the rest of the food is only warm at best, even if you are one of the first people in for evening meal. There is a good selection of dishes but they are presented in metal trays which are placed on (cold) marble tops with no way of keeping them warm. The plates are also cold. Tasty food but disappointingly lukewarm. The only way you are guaranteed hot food is to select the aforementioned stir-fry. Even the meat/fish cooked for you has to have non-hot sides added and on a cold plate.Come on, guys, you could improve your food 100% by keeping it hot (and although there is a small microwave available it really shouldn't be necessary and would result in some food being overcooked).Another issue is the red wine which is served chilled as it is kept in the same cabinets as the white and rose. Most red wine should be served at room temperature!Planning to return next year - I hope further improvements in these areas will be forthcoming.

Nice hotel and grounds. Good food selection. Very close to resort centre and bus stops for travelling into Malaga.Stayed in a family room with a large balcony although it was overlooking a building being renovated and there was a little noise on week days. Room was cleaned every day. Steep hill or stairs to get to the hotel so you need to be quite fit although the views when you get there are lovely.Pool area is clean with plenty of sunbeds and the bar area is lovely. Entertainment on the 2 nights I went down was a bit cringy (2 Spanish singers and a magician).The dining room can get quite busy at certain times and there can be a wait to be served drinks.The only negative was that on the first day there were a few cockroaches on the floor of the dining room.

Another enjoyable holiday ??

We are recently back from another very enjoyable stay at the Siroco,once again we enjoyed the hotels facilities especially the new pool bar/lounge,outdoor stage for the evening entertainment and the comfotable cane/ cushioned seating area on the pool/bar patio.All the staff are extremely hard working especially at the pool bar were there is a constant queue, it would be a good idea to also have the reception area bar open too to enable you to have refreshments in two areas and thus relieve the time waiting queuing. The extra chef station as you went into the restaurant was a welcome addition to the choice for the evening meal.A special mention please to Alba on reception for her very friendly welcome. When we were checking in Alba asked if we would prefer a walk in shower in our Premium room and she kindly arranged this for the next morning .On returning to our room one evening we were delighted to have been left a delicious fruit platter and a bottle of Cava when I enquired at reception the reason I was told it was to acknowledge the numerous occasions we have been guests at the hotel ,this was a lovely surprise and very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next visit.
