Location

This hotel is only 200 metres from the beach, which is easily reached through a tunnel. It is located directly in the tourist area surrounded by superb shops, restaurants, bars, pubs and nightclubs. Public transport departs from stops within metres of the hotel entrance.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 400 rooms located in a 5-storey main building and a 4-storey auxiliary building. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the hotel provides various services and facilities, including a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, an alarm call service, a hairdresser, a smoke alarm and a lounge. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     Paid a lot of money for this hotel and was very disappointed.Negatives:Food unpleasant, chicken undercooked, cold, flies landed on food, cockroach seen in dining roomRoom was vile, dated, tatty, not cleaned very well, air con wasn't cold, soap dispenser didn't workBuilding work going on around the pool which Love Holidays didn't tell us about. Gardens fenced off, workmen everywhere, dusty and noisy from cutting concrete blocks and from construction delivery vehicles, no pool bar open, no pool toilets, dirty cushions on day beds.Worst issue for us was that somehow when in bed, a woman accessed our room with her key card. Reception were helpful and the only explanation is that the woman had asked for a new room card but gave the wrong number. This really did worry me for the rest of our holiday.Positives:Comfy bedNice staffConvenient locationFree use of room safe2 bottles of water and 2 soft drinks in fridge on arrivalFlamenco dancing was brilliant

    Good hotel. The system they have for the sunbeds is very good and fair. No one putting towels out before 10 am , can only leave towels for 40 mins then removed so other people can sunbath if your not there The only thing that’s a problem is the speed of the service(the Spanish way). Very friendly and helpful and will do anything for you if they can. The hotel prices were surprisingly very good for a hotel like this. The food is really good and plenty of choices every night. Make sure you get the stir fry made fresh in front of you Amazing

    Great hotel, clean and tidy, room cleaned daily, towels changed daily, we was late getting there and they very kindly had a table in restaurant laid out with food and drink for us.     Was allocated room 282, if you are allocated this room on arrival refuse it. It is located above the hotel laundry, when laundry in operation,it is very noisy early in the morning with sounds from the laundry and the laundry workers.     After reading reviews about the ongoing renovations we were very apprehensive of how much it would affect our stay.
