Awful experience. Hotel right next to the motorway, muddy grass area with the sunbeds on top so everyone has no choice but to walk in the mud to get in and out of the pool! The rooms are so dated, miserable staff. Te and coffee sachets are £3 per day to refill!!! Terrible

Was at this hotel as we were attending a wedding Lovely staffRooms were nice and big however i think a slight plumbing issue as toilet bubbled and sink water didnt go down quicklyLoved the tropical gardens,the lunch cafe and pool but would prefer a 10 am opening as 10 30 is a bit late if you have afternoon plansWould definately return

The location was perfect. Rooms are a little dated but rest of the hotel was fine. Only needed a base to stay as we had plans all weekend. Staff here were friendly you can get into port of banus easily in a taxi and it’s a short walk to the beach. This was ideal for a few days as a last minute booking.

We were really happy with our stay at Blue Bay Banús. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we had such a lovely week at the hotel.A special mention has to go to the animation team – Lydia, Andres and Alyssa. They were all amazing and made our days by the pool so much more fun. They were great at getting everyone involved in the different activities and creating a really nice atmosphere between the guests.We came home with so many good memories from our holiday, and a lot of them were definitely thanks to the time we spent by the pool with these three. ??Thank you for making our stay even better!
