Location

This popular beach hotel is located right in the tourist centre, not far from public transport (50 m) and only one street from the attractive beach (1 km). Restaurants, bars and the city centre with shopping venues and nightclubs are all a short walk from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has 206 rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a conference room and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. A desk and, for a fee, a safe are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Equipped with a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Guests will also find cosmetic products and a selection of towels in the bathrooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Guests can relax and enjoy the sun loungers and parasols provided. The pool bar serves a selection of refreshing drinks. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including water aerobics, aquafit, a gym, table tennis and darts. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Guests can indulge their palates at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet and high chairs). Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel also offers snacks.

    We are here now, lovely staff, breakfast ok, all inclusive drinks good. Sunbeds all pushed together around pool, hardly any entertainment. Pool lovely, but has a barrier around it. Only removed at 11am and closed at 18.00 hours! Breakfast ok. Most of the food labelled, so quite easy for dietary conditions, I am a Coeliac, and have managed for 4 days, not sure i could manage a week, they do supply a gluten free roll on request, but very limited to deserts for Coeliacs, a bit fed up of jelly now. Nice and clean, but beware of single rooms, one of ours is over the bins and a tiny balcony, the (normal) rooms are lovely. Fridge in room but no kettle, however tea and coffee and snacks available all day. Bring your own bread and crackers if required.     Lovely hotel

    Slight incline on arrival. Hotel was lovely. We stayed self catering for a week. The room D106 had a balcony but overlooked a main road. Big TV, 1 single bed & big double, very spacious. A kitchen with all facilities (we didn't use). Big bathroom with nice walk-in shower. Hairdryer & iron in room. There was a safe but you had to get key from reception 2euros a day & 10 euros deposit.We had a couple of evening meals (buffet style,good variety) but a bit overpriced at 20 euros each. I think lunch was 18E if you wanted it.If you have a drink, its a Euro deposit for plastic glass around the pool.The staff were all amazing from reception to cleaners.The only 1 criticism is there is No information leaflets in the room to let you know what facilities are available in the hotel,especially if your self catering but this didn't stop us from enjoying our stay.
