  Such a great hotel. Way more than we expected. Lovely spacious room and comfy bed. Great pool with plenty of sun-beds and great bar area. Drinks are restricted on all inclusive but the wine is is decent and for me as a wine drinker tinto de Verano on tap for a refreshing drink. Cold water on tap too. The restaurant food is all very good too for all inclusive buffet again with choice of good wine on tap. One of our party had a bad fall whilst we were out and the hotel reception staff were fantastic with getting us a doctor and follow up care. Hotel Way above our expectations and a lovely resort area to explore the port shops bars and restaurants.   This is not a 4 star hotel ....Breakfast was unacceptable, food on offer very limited not much pastries & fruit no bananas / oranges each morning we stopped going after day 2 of our 5 day stay lucky we did not go all inclusive !Room clean but taps/toilets showers need to be replaced very badly tarnished...Bar staff very rude ...towels 20 euro deposit per towel cash only ...1 euro to change them Pool area very poor I would not bring young kids or recommend families to this hotel Bar staff extremely rude all timesWould i recommend this hotel no would I go back no -- pushing a 3 star !!   Spent 4 days here, had an amazing time, very reasonably priced. Easy check in, friendly reception staff. We stay in the Dimona Suites, which is attached to the hotel and had use of the all inclusive facilities.Pool area has a great atmosphere, the adjacent garden are tranquil and well tended. Excellent breakfast, lunch and snack bar, didn’t eat dinner as ate out in the local area, an abundance of bars and restaurants a short walk away, close to beach.Apartment was very spacious and clean, the whole complex is very clean and well maintained.The entertainment isn’t that great but it sort of made it amusing at the same time!Many drinks included beer, cava, local spirits , coffee machine available most of the day as is cold drinking water.The only resin for not giving this a 5 star is the lack of courtesy room for the last day, unusual for a large hotel not to have one.   Location of this hotel is pretty good easy walk to the sea front and bus stop over the road to venture into Malaga.The hotel is clean ? ??The food is pretty good ???The staff on reception very helpful ???The staff on the pool bar Rude X ??The entertainment was tragic unless you like getting wrapped up in toilet paper for a 4 star hotel awful X????Predominantly Spanish didn't feel included ??For all inclusive the drinks were terrible ??   Hotel is spotless the housekeeping staff are amazing. All the staff from Reception to Bar and restaurant very friendly and cannot do enough.We went All Inclusive a first for me in Spain, the food was plentiful and it catered for all tastes. They had BBQ at lunch as well as the normal buffet, but they also do a theme section. Sushi was good. My only criticism is the food was tepid and the coffee undrinkable. Pool area very clean but the tiles are treacherous , very slippery. My criticism here is that the pool is shut at a ridiculously early 7pm! People are on holiday, 7 is far too early.All inclusive drinks only upto 11pm, l fully understand and no complaints but the bar for paid drinks shuts at 1130pm. This is again far too early, it’s a holiday hotel.The bedroom was immaculate big and super clean. The only comments would be, now drawers. The shower was definitely not valid of 4 stars, no power and tatty. No toiletries in the bathroom, apart from generic soap. For a 4 star property l would expect some special touches.It advertises a minibar in the room. Yet it’s empty and not as much as courtesy bottle water. Overall though a lovely hotel made great by its friendly staff.
