Location

Located in an exclusive residential area, this luxury apartment complex is surrounded by magnificent gardens and only a few steps from the beach. There are links to the public transport network some 50 metres from the hotel and the centre of Marbella is about a 10-minute drive away. Malaga, its train station and the Picasso Museum are all around 45 minutes by car, Nerja caves are roughly 15 minutes’ drive and the Sierra Nevada ski area is around a 90-minute drive. Malaga-Pablo Ruiz Picasso airport is approximately 60 kilometres from the apartment hotel.

Facility

30 apartments are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Valuables can be securely stored in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.

Rooms

Guests have a sea view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Guests can also book separate bedrooms. Extra beds can be requested. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    Our apartment smelled of damp and mold and could not be removed. The man at reception thought it wasn't too bad. Bad mattresses, and also sagging. No air conditioning and the ceiling fans were inadequate.A lot of money for a bad apartment.One dot is for the location. Originally submitted in Dutch on www.nl.tripadvisor.com. View originals.

    Stayed here Christmas 2016Really good sized 2 bed apartment. Kitchenette equipped with hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Pleased to find upon checking in that it was beach facing with a lovely large balcony and table and chairs, which we didn’t expect. There were two good sized bedrooms; a double with en-suite and then 2 singles with the 2nd bathroom next to them. Both bathrooms had their own bath and shower. Layout of the apartment means that 4 people can comfortably stay there without ever feeling like they’re living on top of one another.We did note that there was no air conditioning, which may well be a problem in the summer. They had some portable heaters dotted about the place for if they were needed, so presumably they may bring in fans for when it gets too hot.Understand there is a pool as well, though this wasn’t open in Dec. Apartments just a short walk along the sea front to the rest of Torrox Costa.We would definitely stay here again out of season, and would request this apartment again if we did. I won’t reveal the number here else everyone else may want it!

    The apartment was just adequate.No comfortable seating ,just a large foldaway bed.Not practical to Prepare food as sink had no draining board to wash up and no dish washer. No heating for colder weatheror air conditioning.Expensive, you were obviously paying for the proximity close to the beach and sea view. The balcony wasthe best thing the apartment offered.Storing mop and buckets in the very small bathroom was not pleasant.

    There is a room where you can put your cases but your not allowed to use the pool or pay more to keep your room they take your keys so you cant even get back into the hotel .i would mark them down on that. if i was to go back there i would pay for the extra day so you keep your room until you needed to leave to get to the airport

    Nice location but bad surprises

    On the positive side, the location of the apartments is nice - in front of the beach and close to a restaurants area and to some services like a pharmacy. Also, the apartments are equipped with good things - large freezer, washing machine, etc.On the negative side: - there is no air conditioning in the apartments, nor fans - if you travelin peak summer you will be in an oven. Even opening windows at night will not coll down the place, as there is no air circulation- contrary to wjat is advertised there is no wifi in the rooms - only a hotspot in the corridor close to the lift, so you will have to station yourself in the corridor corner to connect- towels provided were strongly smelly - either not washed or washed lightly with no soap. And it was not cheap!
