Location

The hotel is located in the New Golden Mile of the Costa del Sol, between Marbella and Estepona, approximately 500 m away from a sandy beach.

Facility

The property includes 21 villas/houses as well as 6 junior suites, 3 suites and 79 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Meals

The complex includes a restaurant and a lobby bar. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.     Poor location great complex your research before going is expesive People who stay there banging their doors long way from estepona nice beech 5 inmates down the road wish the hotel was in a different location Hour andhalf from Malagasy don't take 8pm flight from Bristol we were an hour deay in the air then told hour wait fir bus connection

    Awful location, TUI hold your head in shame!

    This rating is for TUI holidays not the hotel itself. Awful location, inaccurate description from TUI, like staying at an M1 services. TUI rating and promotion of this hotel is false, please do not be taken in by it. The hotel is a business or one night stop over not a holiday destination. Half board is the same set menu every night in an empty restaurant. No salad bar, no specials, tepid food. No point in changing for dinner or sitting in the deserted bar, ambience nil. No where to walk to, traffic noise drowns out sitting on your balcony. Buses either do not turn up or are very late due to traffic on the motorway just outside the hotel. Hotel staff did try hard to help but TUI customer services whilst we were on holiday and when returned were brusque, dismissive and unhelpful. We will not be booking again with Tui, this holiday did not deliver, was not value for money and was deeply disappointing on every level. A trusted brand? No where near Tui!

    Location, without a car or extra money in cabs fares it’s worth seeing how remote it is first . Had to use taxis to access places, poor public transport due to remoteness It’s a big distance to access anywhere. An extremely Busy motorway with rotten views. The pool area is average. The breakfast buffet was ok. Didn’t eat evening meal. Our rooms was a big one large terrace with old dried up sun loungers & chairs. No view just walls . old dated furniture in room. Cleaned but not deep cleaned ( skirting boards & corners dirty. Bathroom though big and nice was dirty in places especially the bath. Towels nice bed comfortable. Biggest regret was no kettle in room for hot drinks. Downstairs bar open till 11pm for Tea/ coffee at €3 ! Staff polite & helpful.

    Not a great experience at all

    Had a card in the room that said ‘room had been prepared with care and attention. Went to have a shower and it was broke, called reception, who sent a lady who confirmed it was broken. Them got a phone call from reception saying they would get it fixed tomorrow. I was leaving 7am that day. Been travelling all day for work and needed a shower. No maintenance staff at weekends ?? Was t offered an alternative room. Eventually got offered a shower in the spa, spa shower was like a 70’s non league football changing room. There of us booking in together in separate rooms , they both got rooms, mine wasn’t ready Later asked reception where I could get a coffee and was told in the restaurant. Got to the restaurant and was told they had no coffee and to go to pool bar. Reception said pool bar was closed. Pool bar was open and eventually got a coffee. Receptionist really didn’t have a clue. Had early start next day but room right next to outside bar, music playing, lots of noise, don’t expect much sleep. Staff really didn’t care about the situation. Overall very unimpressed, very glad it was only one night !!

    Worst hotel in the world ever

    The worst hotel in Spain. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you are broke and need the cheapest hotel in town. It doesn’t even deserve one star For some context, I didn’t chose to stay here but it was a paid for work stay which I am ending early. Nothing good to say here at all. Very dated rooms with chipped furniture. No amenities what so ever, no slippers, no bathrobes, no toiletries... Housekeeping wakes you up at 11 if you haven’t left the room. TV and hair dryer must be 20 years old plus. We had to ask for proper bed blankets as the beds only had one thin sheet with nothing underneath or ever. Thin curtains that don’t black out. They don’t do room service during the day not even for breakfast. Sand to make things worse the only option for food is the restaurant that will not serve you anything outside of the opening hours, not even a coffee.The most unhelpful and rude staff on the planet.The list goes on and on, so much so that I am checking out early to go to my choice of hotel.Avoid avoid avoid. It doesn’t matter that it has nice views or a pool, nothing makes up for the fact that it lacks the basic requirements of even a 3 star hotel. Enough said
