  Lovely hotel, traditional and authentic. Plenty of choice for food. Pools lovely. We stayed in room 1 and it had a pool right outside the back we could walk out to. Very friendly staff. Will go back x

  We have stayed a number of times here so no real surprises. There is so much to like here. The gardens are beautiful and do well maintained. The whole place is typically Andalusian, low rise , full of character and pretty. Our room as requested was on a high floor , it was a deluxe room with good fridge and we had bathrobes and flippers . It was in Malaga block. We were very happy with this room .Now to the things that kept the place down . The bar staff generally are rude . The same staff that return each year appear to just put up with everyone, they occasionally interact but only after us Brits or other guests try with them . We notice this every year . It's a pity. The other thing that's disappointing is the fact that should you be one of the people who have headed out on holiday for peace and quiet it's rare to get here. Theres music blaring out from the pool at Málaga Block by the lifeguard thst seems to think he's a DJ in Ibiza . The lovely main square also has music playing loudly . I love music but not having even a short period just to sit in peace is a bit irritating. That said , it's a good location , the food is acceptable and we would still return again despite these niggles . All hotels have them .

  Stayed at the Cortijo Blanco many years ago and felt it was in the middle of no where with nothing around it. Returned over Easter with extended family and was amazed at the change of surroundings. San Pedro was now a large town not a little one shop village. The harbour was full of welcoming cafes. The promenade brilliant. Shopping excellent.The biggest change was the standard of hotel. I requested a room next to family and hotel kindly accommodated me and it was also away from the noisy areas. Staff were all so pleasant and wanting to please and help. The food was more than adequate with something to suit everyone at all meals. Hotel has kept the Spanish look without the high rise which was so pretty especially with the colourful flowers. Well done to the ground staff. Very hard working staff group. Already planning to return soon. Hotel is in my top three of choices as a regular visitor to the Costa Del Sol. Firstly, the plastic tables and chairs you refer to are located in our outdoor terrace area, something we present transparently in our promotional images. Regarding the use of plastic cups, this is a safety regulation applicable to all hotels operating in pool areas, aimed at preventing accidents.In other areas of the hotel, such as our restaurant and indoor bar, we provide glassware to ensure a more complete dining experience.As for our food offering, we have a wide variety available in our buffet, including salads, show cooking, soups, stewed meats, as well as themed pasta and pizza nights, among other options.   AVOID NOT WORTH THE MONEY,, RUDE STAFF NOT CLEAN ONLY ONE STAR RATING…..I came here with friends for a last minutes Easter break, we had a 45min wait to check in with just one person on reception then told our rooms were not ready. Awful food , cold despite going all inclusive (big mistake). We got sick on day 2 from the food . I was careful not to drink the water / ice but realised that I must of picked up a food bug. Hygiene was poor plates dirty when going to have meals. So from day 2 we decided to eat out best decision.
