  We have come back also this year because this place is fantastic 😍! All the staff is always amazing and very kind.A special thank you to the animation team . Marina, Alba, Elena, Alan and José are always very kind and professional and super good with kids! This place is really in our hearts and we will definitely come back again!   Everything was okey. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean, the food can be better but all the hotels are the same..It's close to the beach and to the center. Entertainment at night is funny with kids disco, bingo and every night they have different shows. Big thank you for the entertainment team, to Jose who showed us how to be better in archery.To sum up, it's a nice hotel, close to the beach, with a lot of activities for kids and adults.   An ok holiday but it is definitely not a 4 star

  We’ve just stayed here for a week in May before the uk May half term, overall it was an ok enjoyable holiday but for many reasons we won’t be returning. Positives: - the hotel is great for kids, the pool areas and slides are great and the entertainment staff are really good (I wouldn’t really say it’s a hotel for couples especially in peak season) - The hotel is clean and tidy - Most of the staff are really friendly and helpful and work really hard - Food was a good selection - Good hotel for a cheap getaway - There were plenty of sunbeds in May, it did get busy just before we left as it was coming up half term but there were still plenty and no queuing. Negatives: - our room was right next to the lifts, we could not only hear everyone constantly coming in and out of the lifts but we could hear the belts of the lift going up and down which sounded like someone was constantly dragging a table across the floor. We asked to swap rooms as this was significantly impacting our sleep, we got told it would be an extra €120 as they only had pool view rooms available. A 4 star hotel would prioritise the wellbeing of their guests and their sleep over a view of a room. In my opinion the ‘basic’ room has a much better view of the mountain and some of the sea but I really don’t care about the view at all if it meant me and my family got a decent sleep. - I do not know what the walls are made from in that place but if you don’t take ear plugs and you're a light sleeper you’re screwed. Lying in bed trying to fall asleep, listening to people run up and down corridors, people talking in the room next door, babies crying, tv in the room next door and of course the constant sound of the lifts going up and down. I could also hear the room upstairs flushing the toilet and the shower running. - Our bed felt like what I can only imagine lying on a slab in the morgue feels like, we are leaving with both neck and back ache after a week of no sleep. - Food is ok, we always found something to eat but it is all luke warm, 3/5 of us were poorly with an upset stomach and after speaking to a few of the other guests they were the same too. We were poorly before we ate anywhere else, I travel to Spain every year and have never become poorly on holiday before. - All inclusive has suddenly became the norm to treat you like a peasant. Back when it first come about it was more of a luxury, you paid more in advance to have everything included to have a smoother more relaxed holiday but now you get the basic of everything. You order a gin and lemonade or a wine all inclusive and it comes in a basic short glass, no garnish, no straw, nothing. You buy one and you get it served in a proper gin/ wine glass with garnish and straws. Why? Most things are excluded from all inclusive and it makes no sense, all inclusive cocktails were pre made from a tap, again in a short basic glass with no garnish but if you bought one it looked and tasted lovely. - The mini disco is a bit late, evening meal starts at 19:30, we were rushing to finish by 20:30 to catch the mini disco in which most of the toddlers were overtired by this time. It was great for older kids but there wasn’t much on a night early enough for toddlers. - Have we not learnt anything from Covid? The amount of people who used the toilets by the pool and never washed their hands was unbelievable, my 2 year old can do better. No the wonder people are poorly, going down to dinner and touching the same utensils. Guests should be prompted to sanitise their hands upon entering the restaurant, there are hand sanitising stations around the hotel but i didn’t see anyone use them, not once. Overall, I think you definetly get what you pay for but we were deceived by the 4 stars, it’s a great hotel for some but unfortunately it wasn’t for us. In addition, we regularly carry out laboratory testing and inspections, all of which have consistently returned satisfactory results. At this time, there have been no indications suggesting that the discomfort mentioned was related to the food served at the hotel. Nevertheless, we take all guest feedback very seriously and continuously monitor our procedures to ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.Your observations regarding the entertainment schedule are equally appreciated, as feedback from families helps us better understand the needs of guests travelling with younger children.While we regret that we did not fully meet your expectations of a four-star experience on this occasion, we genuinely appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue improving our services and facilities.We thank you once again for your visit and wish you and your family all the best.Sincerely,Globales Quality Manager
