Beautiful and chilled place to stay

Location was great, beach just through the gate by the pool. Beautiful and chilled place, not far to shop or bars, some down on the beach really relaxing and chilled. Irish bar 5 minute walk from the hotel.Beach a little hard to walk on in certain areas especially by the water as you sink in the wet sand, but was a lovely beach. Pool area did offer seating by the bar, beds available for around the pool and they had a more secluded area with sun beds which was more quiet, relaxing and had a nice breeze from the sea which was great for the hotter days.They had a chill, adults only rooftop bar, you did have to pay but they do offer 2 for1 cocktails between a certain time.Room were very spacious and balcony looking over a pond and could see the sea. Sunshine on balcony in the mornings and shade at night. Cleaning ladies done amazing job on the rooms always smelled clean, they always said good morning with a smile on their face, really lovely.Wasn't too expensive for 12 days all inclusive.Some staff really friendly Jonathan Martin a young guy always smiling and friendly, there was a young woman with blond hair (sorry didnt catch her name) always upbeat, smiling really friendly seem to get other members of staff smiling, dancing around.Staff in restaurants were friendly, couldn't do enough for you, really helpful.There were some members of staff that were not the friendliest, miserable or really rude especially to my mother which was disrespectful and upsetting. These interactions can upset your day but other staff members made up for the others.

Very good Hotel Overall

Very nice hotel in a perfect location. We went bed and breakfast so did not eat in the hotel except for a couple of breakfasts.Premium room was superb with wonderful views.The only complaint is the blaring music they put on at 11am to about 2 or 3pm each morning. ( Whilst leaving the bar music playing as well.)I am afraid this din alone is enough to make me reconsider visiting again. I did not find anybody else who thought it was a good idea either. Shame.

Absolutely not a 4 star only 1 star dirty rooms awful food always cold a river at the back of hotel smelt of sewage. Mud around the pool and sunbeds. The pool is not deep and big enough to swim and a combined kid and adult pool. Don’t waste your money it’s awful.

Amazing relaxing week

We just arrived back from 5 day stay at this hotel, totally amazing experience, rooms were spotless clean, beds so comfortable and bedding exceptionally clean.The pool area is fabulous with lifeguards at pool. It is right on beach with the best beach bar I’ve seen.We had a few days out uber taxis are easy accessible to get in car park for anyone who can’t walk far.We came home yesterday and have rebooked again for next year. Cnt wait to go back

Big Spoiler- Rude Reception Staff

We loved the location of this hotel, its beach front, within walkable distance to the city's center and promenade. Our room was spacious, with nice balcony and roomy bathroom. Big thank you to the housekeeping ( our room was always clean, beds made, etc) and pool gymnastics leading ladies- we loved your workouts with a smile very much! But : reception staff with the exception of one nice man( round face and kind eyes) are very rude!!! How are they employed here, huge mistery to me!!The woman with long dark hair - should be fired!! The day before leaving- we stopped by the front desk and ask that nice man to check if a cab was booked for next morning, for 5:40 am . That woman rudely interrupted us, became apparently very annoyed with our request and pretty much yelled at us, saying , that its easy to grab a cab outside at 5: 40 am, if we walk !!! With luggage to the taxi stop!! We have never been treated like that anywhere, her behaviour was outrageous!! Thankfully, the nice guy called and booked us a cab to come to the hotel's doors! And, FYI, there were no cabs at all at that Taxi stop when we drove by!! Management of this hotel needs to be aware how rudely reception treats guests: even at check in they dont greet you, dont make u feel welcome, etc. DIssapppointed!
