Location

Situated on the edge of a beautiful sandy beach, this hotel lies around 1 km (15 min walking distance) from Puerto Banus and its diverse shopping facilities, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop in close proximity to the hotel. The airport is some 70 km away.

The hotel has 88 suites and 93 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     As much as it pains me I CAN'T recommend the hotel.The staff were amazing and without them this place would shut. The hotel is NOT a 5 star and is an average 4 star. There are no facilities. Everything is cordorned ouff and common areas are very very shabby. The basement areas have not been touched in about 10 years and have tape blocking them. The rooms need a massive updgrade as does the hotel hotel. Bfast tables were in the lobby of the hotel..genuinely. The location is great and if it got a proper invesmtent it could be very very good. Staff second to none and couldnt fault them but it needs a massive investment.

    Hotel is in a great location yards from beach. Large rooms with big balcony overlooking the pool. Food was excellent. Great selection at breakfast to suit all tastes. Chef presented me with heart shaped omelette on Valentine’s Day. Big thank you to ladies on bedroom duties who found my watch in laundry. All staff very friendly and give exceptional service. Thanks for a great stay.
