The complex has 17 junior suites, 80 suites, 30 single rooms and 30 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Charge for extra you don’t use. Old and run down. Good location

It’s 80/90s old and empty with parts of the hotel broken and most areas closed. Other reviews say they charge for extras you don’t use and we didn’t use them, but were charged. It’s silly really they will only get a worse reputation from this, I explained on check out we didn’t use anything. Staff were good on reception and location is good, beach 10 min walk to sea old town 10 min drive, banus 10 min drive, I would not recommend unless you only need a place to sleep for 2-3 nights.

Located 15 minute stroll to promenade and old town. Near public transport, Lidl, Restaurant.Quiet area, next to main road and petrol station. We booked a large 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom suite. Family holiday 2 adults , two kids so perfect. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Decor is dated with large bulky furniture. Large pool opened 11am, plenty of sun beds, parasols and lifeguard on duty all the time. Not many at pool. Daily cleaning service. Advised Towels changed every 3 days. Negatives:Fridge is unnecessarily filled with beverages for purchase. Also kitchen counter and shelf in tv unit had snacks for sale. Not necessary as shop beside hotel. Recommend taking a photo of these items at start and end of visit as I was charged for a drink even though we don’t touch their stock. Also charged for 3 towels being changed, even though the towels were only changed once during our 7 night stay. Not happy with paying security deposit if €400 on arrival. Questioned €14 charge for vitamin drink and laundry of 3 towels, not itemised, no invoice just debit visible on my bank account, only to be advised that I am wrong and that they trust their loyal cleaning staff. After a few emails back and forth they offered a credit towards a future visit as they were unable to refund me. Was only €14 but it’s the principle that I did not owe anything and my word was not accepted!!Will not be visiting again due to the poor handling of this matter.

My wife and I have just returned home from our visit to Guadalpin Suites where we stayed for 2 nights. The complex is very poorly managed with reception staff whose main priority seems to be to collect as large a deposit as possible, to enable them to increase their revenue.We booked a room which had a faulty balcony door, a faulty washing machine, a faulty safe which could not be locked, the air conditioning could not be controlled, a really uncomfortable bed and an unclean bathroom.Please avoid this place.

A lawless free for all!

Shocking carry on at the pool today.As usual, it was the Brits - about 20 blokes. Played ball in the pool, which is not allowed. Then they drank for the afternoon around the pool area which is also not allowed but the rules don’t apply to the English, rules are for others.The pool was a no go area and the Guadalpin did nothing about it.I made a complaint to the receptionist but she just shrugged her shoulders and blamed the lifeguard who was only a young boy.This place is lawless and should be avoided.
