Featuring superb Andalusian architecture, this top-notch hotel lies directly by a slightly sloping sand and shingle beach. There are scores of shops, bars/pubs, nightclubs within of 1 km of the hotel. The centre is only 3 km away and there is a sandy bay a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Málaga Airport is 80 km from the hotel.

Facility

3 suites and 234 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 5 lifts. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library.     Delightful Hotel

    Just returned from this wonderful hotel and already booked to go back next year.The hotel is spotless, the staff are extremely hard working, the food was tasty and our superior twin room we could not fault.Please ignore any negative reviews can't quite believe them to be honest! Looking forward to 2027

    Shabby hotel that is in need of a renovation. Disappointed that the beach was horrible outside the hotel (dog poo on it) and there was no parasols or sun loungers. We chose the hotel for its beach location - the staff were unhelpful to compensate for selling a hotel where the pictures don’t match the description. The food is awful, basic and cheap. Really poor for children too. Vegetables were sloppy. Fruit was cheap tinned pineapples and the same melon and apples for 7 days. The rooms are tired and cheap. The pool is nice. It is also not at all walkable to anywhere for food or a drink. There is a nice Beach within a 15mins walk (with children).

    Lovely reception area, very bright and hints at luxury. Check in was easy and staff were helpful. We had a high floor room, 658, with a sea view balcony large enough for 2 chairs, table, umbrella and 1 sun lounger. The room itself needs some TLC as doors the carpet in the corridors. Bleach spilt everywhere, dirty and BROWN! The cupboard and drawers were tatty, the mismatched curtains were very dirty. The fridge was old. There was no kettle. Disastrous for a tea drinker. One was requested and swiftly brought up. I had to buy milk as the tiny sachets weren't sufficient. There was a coffee maker, with 4 pods provided. 2 bottles of water were also provided daily. Towels were thin and old. Having said that, it was quiet. There was no noise from the bar or entertainment areas, we were having quite early nights. Pool area was busy and even though reserving sunbeds was prohibited, it was still evident. Some being reserved in the morning and not used all day. There were enough staff to enforce this but it was ignored. We used the gym and enquired about using the indoor pool. €25 each to use it for 1.5 hours was ridiculous. It wasn't being utilised at all. 2 staff with no customers. What a waste! Allow guests to use it FOC is my advise. We were half board and the food choices were extensive but hot food was not hot, tepid at best. Items were not replenished at breakfast with wait times for staples like bacon and beans. Toasters were pretty useless, having to put a slice of bread through up to 5 times to even remotely brown. Evening meal was lacking flavour. The cooked fresh to order station was a guarantee for something hot. The doors were kept open allowing birds to freely fly over uncovered food. A real H&S concern. Staff didn't seem to be bothered by this. Mesh up at the doors would solve this. Our pick up time was for transfer was 7.30am so we enquired about breakfast as it didn't start till 7.30am. We were told to go to reception to collect a 'picnic' voucher, which i did. The scowly faced receptionist wrote out a voucher but when I asked what was included in the picnic he said sandwich, 2 pieces of fruit, crisps and a bottle of water. I asked for specifically a banana. He very dramatically wrote this in the voucher... and told me to shush while he did this. I was asking if we couldn't just grab cereal and a coffee before the coach. He said, yes, an early breakfast was possible at 7am. Why wasn't this offered first? We opted for this. He then VERY DRAMATICALLY ripped up the picnic voucher in my face. We got the early breakfast voucher instead and arrived at 7am in the restaurant. Noone was there, so we asked the chef. Someone will come she said. Nobody came. We asked again, can we come in. By this time we had approx 15 mins to get breakfast. Just badly organised. This must happen all the time. It needs a better system in place. Overall, a lovely hotel with very hard working front of house staff. The extensive building works next door were very noisy through the day and into the evening. This did spoil our days round the pool.

    Bed Bugs At The H10 Estepona

    We thought it was a good hotel very impressive. Unfortunately we found tiny little black bugs in the bed , definitely not ants. I reported to reception,who sent housekeeper to check, who said there were not any bugs! Just would advise anyone staying here to check the bed for little black bugs ! We stayed in room 651 and another receptionist did say the had been other complaints. We checked out 24/5 today.     Lovely relaxing stay

    Beautiful hotel and friendly/helpful staff. We asked for a quiet room and had a lovely peaceful stay with wonderful views. The room was cleaned daily by lovely staff. The beds were also very comfortable. There was a good choice of food at the restaurant. Also the front of house/reception staff couldn’t have been nicer and arranged car hire for us and even recommended good parking at Marbella. Can highly recommend.
