Wonderful Hotel and Staff especially our Spanish Teacher Elena with Superb Food

From arriving to departure the staff were excellent always had the answer to any question. The room was good with a view from the balcony of the pools and the sea. The self service restaurant had a large selection of dishes for every meal with seafood,fish, meat and vegetarian options. Breakfast had cooked and cold selections With excellent entertainment every night in the lounge bar, again very friendly bar staff. It was the first holiday I tried learning the language and our teacher Elena made it fun with pictures and simple sentences. Overall one of the best holidays I have ever taken

Had an amazing time at Estepona Palace.....we were here for our 60th birthday, all 7 of us . We loved the activities by the pool, especially Elena ....she is so friendly and very helpful ....a very special team member ?? Great Location and Friendly Service, but the Room Needs Some Refreshing

Located just by the sea but 3 km from the center. Nice pools and only 10€ taxi drive to city. Rooms are spacious but a little worn-out, also some dirt on the furniture fabric. Otherwise everything was very clean. The seaview was partly blocked by a hotel tower in our room. A balcony with only 2 plastic chairs and a table was not very inviting. However the bed and phillows were good and we hae a good sleep in the room. Friendly staff during the whole visit. Big, old and clean hotel

Hotel is very big and there are many cosy places to sit and relax. Food in the restaurants is unfortunately not very tasty even though the amount of food is huge. Service in the hotel reception is friendly. Hotel is quite old, but clean. The pool area is nice. The beach is close but unfortunately a bit dirty with trash. I wonder why the hotel does not keep it clean daily, because it is the hotel’s beach. It was a little bit difficult to swim because there were sudden big stones in the water and we hurted our legs while swimming. We were staying in junior suite with ocean view. In fact the view was not what we expected: a tower was blocking it. The room terrace was big, but with poor furniture (two plastic chairs and a table) and did not invite to spend time there. The room cleaning was very good.
