    Keep coming back to this hotel, there are many reasons. One for excellent customer service and just wanted to say a huge thank you to Miguel for sorting out a problem with a room which was totally my fault very professional and sorted out very efficiently Few other reasons. I stay at many Hilton’s and this has to be the best breakfast I have ever had huge choices absolutely amazing.Also amazing views from my room right across Finguerola.     Absolutely First-Class Hotel & Exceptional Staff!What an amazing hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff deserve a special mention, so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make our stay special.The service, atmosphere and overall experience were exceptional.     ‘Meet your highest expectations’, more like ‘lower your standards’

    The location is very over-built, nothing to see around. The most used parts are clean, but the decoratons -as an art hotel- always covered in thick dust. The hotel itself as a building feels like it’s never been finished. Compared to the exceptional skills of spanish people in hospitality the hotel staff is not very helpful, or sometimes even rude.

    Disappointing for a five-star hotelWe stayed as part of a group and found far too many unexpected charges for a property of this standard. We were asked for 55 EUR to use the steam room and sauna, and again 55 EUR to sit on the loungers at the infinity pool after we had already swum. None of this was explained when we booked or checked in.In the Mediterranean restaurant we were given bread without being told it was chargeable, then found it on the bill. There was no clear communication about prices.The phone in our room was not connected, so we couldn't call reception. When we reported it and asked for someone to fix it, hours later nobody had come. When I asked for a vanity kit, I was told they don't provide them, which I did not expect at a five-star hotel. The food was also not at the level I expected.The facilities are lovely, but the lack of transparency and the service let it down. I would not recommend it.     Much Better than Expected

    I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this experience. The room was great, the bars were fun, the conference was great. I never really got eat much other than breakfast (great cakes). Beach Club was a lot of fun too...
