The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The beds are very spacious as is the bedroom. The pillows are super comfortable. However we were room only and on arrival later at night my husband asked do you have milk in the room as we wanted a drink after our long trip.he said no. The next day we bought milk teabags and coffee as the hotel didn't supply this in our room. The bathroom towels are changed daily. The free shampoo and body wash is good. Bring your own hairdryer as the one in the bathroom is rubbish, took ages to dry my hair. It needs an upgrade.They dont sell 0% drinks or mocktails as we are ttotal.The sunbeds and grounds are beautiful. I love the updated gardens with white pebbles and artificial grass.Overall it a convenient place to stay. Very handy for the train from the airport, and a lovely walk to fuengirola ??

The location was excellent for the beach, restaurants,local shops and transport.My wife and I have just returned from a lovely stay.The staff were so friendly rooms cleaned every day.We were only bed and breakfast so I can’t comment on the evening meal however the breakfast was perfect as was the snack bar for lunches.Very reasonable bar prices again we couldn’t find a fault with our stay and will definitely be returning.

Just back today , been here twice before , both times fabulous but many years ago . So I was happy to return : oh dear ; had a really unpleasant stay : a lot of it was to do with other guests ; the noise from the people in the next room / balcony , went on until 5am , horrible crowd of feral people at the pool , the person in the room above scraping chairs on a tiled floor and clobbing about in heels at 3am , noise and utter selfishness , but the breakfast was actually revolting . Stone cold food ; towels not changed at all, from Monday till we left today (Saturday) asked reception for some coffee sachets as only one in the room , the guy could not have been less helpful “I don’t know , ask someone? Ask at the bar?” Useless : One day we traipsed up to the 6th floor to find the key card wouldn’t open the door , I go back down and tell the female on the desk who doesn’t apologise ; just snatches it , puts in a machine and says “ok” The rooms were clean , shame about the towels, but the food was god awful, we only actually ate there twice , first time not as bad as the second time. Broken light switch , just need to look at it and the plate fell off ; just not been maintained . Won’t ever return .

We are currently staying at this hotel. First of all, the service staff, reception, and room cleaning are excellent. However, when you pay nearly €1,400 for a week, surely you expect glasses in the bathroom—and not have to keep asking for them—or that your tray is refilled with coffee/tea bags and clean cups after room cleaning? After asking twice, we were told that this is a one-off at check-in! Use of the safe in your room is also not included, but you have to pay €19 per week to use the safe? We find this very unusual and have never experienced this before in a 4-star hotel!!

We have been staying at this hotel every year for a few years now. It is spotlessly clean in all areas. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The staff are very friendly. The pool area has plenty of sunbeds and is nice and peaceful to chill. The hotel is very near to the train station and there is a bus stop literally outside the hotel. The beach is a two minute walk away straight across the road through an alley way. There are plenty of restaurants around the area and a lovely promenade that you can take a 10 minute walk along to Los Boliches which has loads more restaurants with plenty of choice of food to cater for all tastes.
