  Great hotel, very well located to the centre of Málaga - 10 minutes walk to the beach and the centre / train station. Lovely pool area and room with great sea views. Staff are very welcoming. A great introduction to the area.

  🪳🪳 Bed Bugs Beware 🪳🪳

  We stayed at this hotel and experienced what we believe to be a bed bug infestation.During our stay we woke with multiple bites, which developed overnight and worsened across the stay. We had no bites or skin reactions prior to arriving. After checking out, we required medical treatment for the bites.We also found black spotting on the mattress, which is consistent with bed bug faecal markings. These marks were absorbed into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, suggesting they were not superficial dirt.The hotel later stated that they found no signs of bed bugs when checking the beds. Given the physical evidence and our injuries, this raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of inspections and hygiene standards.We have raised this formally through the booking provider and supplied photographic evidence of both the bedding and the bites.Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would advise others to exercise caution.The surrounding area felt unsafe and neglected, with heavy traffic and many nearby premises appearing derelict or operating as strip/sex clubs. These concerns were compounded by poor hygiene inside the hotel, including black spotting on the mattress consistent with bed bug activity and multiple bites that developed overnight during our stay. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and would not return.

  Clean,Quiet Hotel…No Complaints!

  Booked the Hotel Natursun for New Years Eve at the last minute! After reading some of the awful reviews on here, I can’t believe we stopped at the same place! The guy on reception was polite and helpful , our room was clean and a good size with English TV , a safe , a mini fridge and a beautiful terrace with loungers and sea view! The hotel was quiet and I slept really well despite it being New Years Eve, the Continental breakfast was more than acceptable, all in all , for the price we paid I have absolutely no complaints, this is not a four star hotel but they are also not charging four star prices either! Conclusion, this is a nice,quiet budget friendly 3 star hotel with stunning sea view rooms! I’m a very happy guest!

  Rooms are a disgrace

  I have no idea why this hotel is rated so highly. The rooms are so badly maintained. Mold in the showers, wood framing falling apart, pressboard deteriorating. Our balcony was completely enclosed and you could not see out. I tried to get extra pillows, but they didn’t have any extra pillow cases. And if you want to lock or unlock the door you have to use a key that turns on a card, so the lights turn off. Are other’s paid for their reviews? How are we treating the same hotel?

  Checked in by Leo who was friendly. Room 3rd floor with a balcony and sea view was small but sufficient. Bathroom was small with sliding frosted door. Shower was a rain shower and was ideal. Very clean. Breakfast was very nice, continental with some cooked bacon and boiled eggs. Lots of cereals, yoghurt and pastries. Ample tea and coffee. Ladies who served breakfast were very friendly. For 3 nights this was a very good value for money hotel. Pool and jacuzzi were small but extremely comfortable beds. We had a great stay. People need to remember this is only a 3* hotel. Very modern. Towels changed daily.
