  This was booked as a last minute weekend away for myself & my wife. The hotel is well located for the price, close to a couple of decent shops & only a 10 minute walk from the beach and all its restaurants & bars & beach clubs.All the staff I interacted with were friendly & helpful.The room was basic but clean & comfortable, good shower & good air-conditioning, what I'd expect from.a 3 star hotel.Breakfast was very basic, but again, pretty much what id expect from a 3 star. The pool area is nice, with very comfortable sun loungers & parasols if you prefer the shade like me !I wouldn't stay here for a week, but the 2 nights we had, we're perfectly acceptable.If you want 5 star, spend a bit more !

  Nervous booking after some bad reviews

  After reading a few of the previous reviews I was very very apprehensive about our stay, BUT it was fabulous. A lovely hotel welcoming staff, so very clean, lovely pool area with some of the best and comfiest sunbeds. Our room had everything we needed, again clean and cleaned daily, smellies and hairdryer in your room with a lovely sunny balcony and sea view. Breakfast was continental and plentiful cereal, yoghurts, meats cheeses breads patties, juice and coffee., Not too far to walk to the front where there were lots of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. We had a lovely 5 days and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

  Great hotel, very well located to the centre of Málaga - 10 minutes walk to the beach and the centre / train station. Lovely pool area and room with great sea views. Staff are very welcoming. A great introduction to the area.

  ???? Bed Bugs Beware ????

  We stayed at this hotel and experienced what we believe to be a bed bug infestation.During our stay we woke with multiple bites, which developed overnight and worsened across the stay. We had no bites or skin reactions prior to arriving. After checking out, we required medical treatment for the bites.We also found black spotting on the mattress, which is consistent with bed bug faecal markings. These marks were absorbed into the fabric rather than sitting on the surface, suggesting they were not superficial dirt.The hotel later stated that they found no signs of bed bugs when checking the beds. Given the physical evidence and our injuries, this raises serious concerns about the thoroughness of inspections and hygiene standards.We have raised this formally through the booking provider and supplied photographic evidence of both the bedding and the bites.Based on our experience, we would not stay here again and would advise others to exercise caution.The surrounding area felt unsafe and neglected, with heavy traffic and many nearby premises appearing derelict or operating as strip/sex clubs. These concerns were compounded by poor hygiene inside the hotel, including black spotting on the mattress consistent with bed bug activity and multiple bites that developed overnight during our stay. Overall, we felt uncomfortable and would not return.
