Location

This welcoming hotel is located directly on Torremolinos' beach promenade, just across the coastal road from the long, wonderful beach. The centre of Torremolinos is only about 3 km away and Málaga is easily reached within 20 minutes with the train. The train station is 1.5 km away. Further public transport leaves from directly in front of the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 474 non-smoking rooms, including 102 apartments, 3 single rooms and 354 double rooms, located in a 9-storey main building and a 6-storey auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     We have been here a week and enjoying it.The gold upgrade is worth it for a more relaxed eating experience as there is a lovely outside terrace for gold members only so meals become more of a relaxed affair. Special mention to Anna who is brilliant and gets us Tinto de veranos for us every meal and keeps the tables tidy.Gold members don't have to queue much at the bars and again a special mention to Marta who serves with a smile and is v efficient.The gold upgrade was definitely worth it as it has been a busy week but no queuing and seperate outdoor dining areas has made a massive difference.Enjoyable stay and lovely spacious room with a great side view of the sea and big balcony which was always in the shade.Good night entertainment and variety. Watched every night from the bar terrace so no plastic glasses and near to the bar but could still hear the entertainment down at pool area All staff in general are v friendly and helpful and it has been an enjoyable stay here.

    Outstanding! Amazing place, where all needs were catered for… all reps and staff were excellent and cared so well for everyone. Food was lovely. Many activities are always offered and all representatives are always so lively! I cannot wait to visit again - Layla.
