Horrible
13 Apr 2026
Made reservations (through Expedia after flight was canceled )at Hampton Inn Orlando international airport for an overnight stay .Arrived within an hour, Hotel was crowded dirty and hot looked like an emergency room . I immediately requested to cancel stating my reservation was made within an hour, Katie the front desk lady asked her manager , returned and said it wasn’t ta problem and wouldn’t incur any cancellation fees and offered their shuttle service back to the airport . Surprised to get billed I contacted Expedia who were very professional they apologized and gave me the phone nbr for the manager and said would credits as long as they verify it was ok to cancel. Indie the manager as well as Katie denied ever agreeing to this asking for proof that I was in fact at the Hampton Inn cancelling. I had my uber reciept and well as used their shuttle service upon arrival . Manager Indie Said it’s up to Expedia , after Expedia agreed , then said they never agreed to this nor would grant a refund for a cancellation. Had me jumpThrough hoops to prove I spoke to them in person. To make many excuses to avoid what was promised. Very rude and unprofessional. Would never recommend this low level Establishment. They Should never be affiliated with the Hilton name. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience, Lisa. We are truly sorry for the distress and frustration you faced with the cancellation process and the way your situation was handled. Your comments about your arrival and the interactions with our front desk and management teams are deeply concerning, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to face those complications on top of a canceled flight.Situations involving cancellations and communication can become especially stressful after travel disruptions, and unfortunately, the Hotel is not responsible for third-party billing or charges, since those reservations are made through external platforms and are handled by the platform itself. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Perfect hotel near the airport
29 Mar 2026
I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was lovely, room was very comfortable and breakfast was great. The staff checked in with me throughout the stay to make sure I was a satisfied customer. In addition, I was very happy they let me check in a bit early. It really helped quite a bit. I know they can never guarantee early check ins but I was incredibly grateful they were able to do it for me. Thank you!!!! Breakfast was perfect! I love that they had chicken sausage a couple of the days I was there plus a make your own waffle station. Although the weekend was packed with guests, the ladies made sure the food was constantly replenished. Plenty of food and no issues with running out at all. Pool was being worked on and they had a back up plan ready (neighboring pool seconds away). The shuttle men today were fabulous too! So friendly and personable! I absolutely can’t wait to stay here again! A really great find! Thank you for making my stay so awesome!FYI: I went away for a little relaxation and didn’t want to rent a car. The hotel has at least 15 restaurants within a 10/15 min walk. Some are minutes away. Restaurants include Sonnys, Dennys, Thai, Cracker Barrel, Red Robin and so much more. There is a movie theater 5 minutes a way and a batch of stores 8-10 minutes away by foot. It’s the perfect location for staying in the area with things to do without a car. I heard there is an airplane park/pond about 10 minutes by foot…great views General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport, responded to this review Reading your review brought a genuine smile to our faces, Luv2Travel216. It means a lot that our team members’ friendliness, the comfort of your room, and our breakfast options stood out, and your special mention of how the ladies kept breakfast running smoothly during busy times is truly appreciated.Your note about the early check-in and the backup pool plan reminds us just how important flexibility can be, and we are grateful you highlighted these moments. Thank you as well for sharing helpful tips about the area—future guests will surely benefit from your insights! We are looking forward to welcoming you back for another relaxing stay and more waffles whenever your travels bring you this way.

OK Experience
18 Feb 2026
Very close to airport- lots of flight noise. Rooms are modest, small bathrooms, free breakfast ends early. Seems like this facility caters to people flying out the next morning. Staff was friendly and helpful, and efficient. General Manager, Guest Services / Front Office at Hampton Inn Orlando-International Airport, responded to this review Thank you for sharing your experience. While it's good to know our team members made a positive impression, we are sorry your visit brought challenges with noise and amenities that didn’t quite suit your needs. We appreciate you letting us know about the aspects of your stay that could have been more comfortable, and our Guest Relations team will reflect on your comments moving forward. Thank you again for giving us a try.
