  Good hotel, ideal for the beach.

  Had a very pleasant 4 night stay here in October. Good hotel and plenty of food choices. The pool area for us was a let down the surroundings needs upgraded and a good clean up. The reception was short of staff, mainly one woman coping with all the guests, why was there no others? This led to long queues and was frustrating. All staff were polite. The room was ok but it was tight trying to get into my fridge at the bottom of the bed due to lack of space. A good size balcony with a table and 2 chairs. I think I was unlucky as my friends rooms were more spacious. Location is across the road from the beach and the bus stop.

  Loved everything about this beautiful hotel. We had a lovely room and balcony overlooking the beach and sea. The location was brilliant as well. All in all super perfect for sure

  Enjoyed my stay here but this was let down by been given a pool towel reception paying my deposit only to find out it was covered in blood splatters, how this got past the laundry I have no idea. Plus one of the bar tenders near the pool could do with some customer relations training (I work in hospitality and he would last in my organisation) but on a positive nice room comfortable bed good location and a great breakfast

  First and foremost it is not a four star hotel. On arrival it looks great, impressive entrance and glass doors to welcome you. The room was very clean and had UK TV which was great if like us, you rug up fairly early.The restaurant had the feeling of a canteen, the first time we used it was asked very sternly "Room NUMBER" no good evening etc. The food was bland and basic, none of it was marked with what it was, you had to guess. I am lactose intolerant, as most of the offerings looked like they were cooked with milk there was very little for me to tuck into. To be fair they did have lactose free milk for tea and coffee.The area outside where the entertainment was held had very little atmosphere and was flat. Perhaps it was because early October it is starting to wind down I don't know. To get a plastic cup at the entertainment area you had to pay a 2 Euro deposit, if not your drinks were served in a paper cup. It did not take a lot of people to go to the bar before a queue started to form and could take a while to get a drink.Overall if we had booked bed & breakfast only, it would have been okay as it is in a great location although a bit of a walk to the shops etc. Would I go again, certainly not. Be interested if other people agree with my comments.   Not a 4* hotel!

  Booked this last minute but wished I'd thought more about where to stay. On arrival, the hotel smelled beautiful, this was from the spa. Was hoping things would get better, unfortunately not! Had to wait a few hours for our room to be ready, so sat down by the pool. Every public area was very white and very clinical looking with no atmosphere. Was almost like a cafeteria. We were half board which I wish I hadn't upgraded to, the food was very repetitive, little selection and very bland. We only had dinner twice in the hotel as a result. The main bar in the hotel was never staffed and the pool bar was the only one open.
