This exclusive golfing hotel lies just 7 km from La Cala De Mijas, Mijas Costa, just 15 km from Fuengirola, where guests will discover many shopping and entertainment venues. It is just 7 km to the nearest beach and the nearest airport, Málaga, is some 40 km away.

5 junior suites and 102 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Guests of the resort can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Dining facilities include a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy their meals in the cosy atmosphere of the 2 restaurants, which are equipped with high chairs. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch and dinner, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request.     A party of 4 ladies booked to stay here for four nights with 3 rounds of golf.Lovely warm welcome on arrival.We were allocated rooms on the 3rd floor (top) overlooking one of the courses and mountain.Lovely room with a terrace that had two chairs and a table. It’s not a huge room but we put our golf club travel bags under the beds and left our clubs in the free storage facility. Not masses of wardrobe space but fine for us.Large walk in shower. All the toiletries we needed were supplied, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower caps etc. nice fluffy bathrobes and slippers and hairdryer. Pool towels provided. Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, iron and ironing board. TV showed BBC channels and ITV.Twin beds very comfortable, air con/heating and extra blankets if needed.Our booking included breakfast which was nice, not a huge restaurant so the self service area may be busy at peak times. Hot and cold items to choose from and a chef preparing made to order omelettes/eggs.We played the three courses, all excellent, very hilly and challenging. Greens and fairways really well maintained. You need a buggy for certain, our deal included one each day.Friendly team signing you in for your round and free storage for your clubs and lockers for any personal items, should you wish to leave them.Clubhouse overlooks the courses, perfect area to sit afterwards. Great food and atmosphere. We also ate here one evening.We also ate in the Terrace restaurant that overlooks the pool. Nice food and like everyone we encountered, great friendly service.Our deal included a 90 minute session in the Spa, only charge is 3 euros for a swim cap which is mandatory. Steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi overlooking the course, heated beds, foot spa, pool and massage jets. We took an Uber into La Cala one evening, cost 20 euros one way. For a change we ate at Eloceano a definite must if you’re looking for a restaurant recommendation. Definitely pre book.We all agreed there was nothing to fault at this fabulous resort. Thank you to everyone who made our visit so memorable.

    This was our third time staying at the La Cala Golf Resort and it didn't disappoint.     Very Relaxing Golf Break

    Stayed at the hotel and played golf at the adjoining course. The staff were friendly and the rooms and general areas were very clean. The layout of the hotel grounds is ideal with all areas available for dining and relaxing by the pool. Not the most budget friendly hotel I’ve stayed in but enjoyed the experience immensely. Definitely on my list as a place to return to in the future.     Just returned from our 25th visit to La Cala resort.We are never disappointed with our stays at our favorite location.     Good Golf, Great facilities and Atilla for the Wine.

    Just back from a great few days at this lovely hotel. I didn't get to use all of the facilities as we were there for Golf, but i would highly recommend. The place is Spotlessly clean and the staff were lovely and friendly. Unfortunately i didn't catch all their names but Atilla in the restaurant demonstrated a great knowledge of the Wine List and looked after us Spectacularly over dinner, A nice man and a great ambassador for the Hotel.We will definitely return.
