Location

The hotel is situated in the ‘Las Rampas’ shopping centre, which has public parking, cafeterias, a travel agency, boutiques and all kinds of shops. The hotel is located in the pedestrian centre of Fuengirola and only 150 metres away from its wonderful beaches, 75 metres from the city’s main square, 200 metres from the train station, 2 minutes’ walking distance from the central bus station and 3 minutes from the fishing harbour.

Facility

The hotel has 159 rooms, including suites, apartments, 10 single rooms and 144 double rooms, which are located on 2 storeys and are reachable by lift. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, translation services, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the double bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. Other features include a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge). Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including golf, windsurfing, diving, a spa and a solarium.

    A good hotel in the centre of Fuengirola. A little noisy some nights, but not unexpected. Very friendly staff. I will stay there again.     This is a basic hotel in the centre of town. It is in quite a built up area above a shopping centre. Not the hotels fault but the shopping centre is quite run down… there was a smell of urine in places and I didn’t feel particularly safe at night. The room smelt very musty. There are signs saying no smoking but I imagine people have smoked in the room over the years. There were also ants in the room. They sorted this quickly as someone came with ant spray to kill them… so I expect this is a common issue. The window of my room opened onto an internal patio which had old cigarettes there and was not particularly clean. I did not use the pool but the sunbeds are old and some are damaged. On a positive, the staff were friendly.Overall I’m surprised by all the overwhelmingly positive reviews. It is ok for the price but I think there are better options in town.     This is a real Spanish family hotel. Our stay was really good with a couple of caveats. The good bits - super location, large rooms, cold fridge, clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. The caveats - 1. the breakfast room is super noisy - tiled floors, people everywhere. 2. The stench at the entry to the hotel is shocking - not the hotels problem or fault but be prepared for it. 3. Shower curtains over a bath shower. 4. Not a lot of shade at the pool or enough chairs. Would we stay again - we would probably look around.     My husband and I stayed here for a week. We were greeted by a lovely young man on arrival and he explained about breakfast and other amenities. Room was spacious and clean with air con. Beds were a little hard for me which meant I didn’t get a full nights sleep each night. Breakfast was fine. Pool and sun terrace was on the small side with not enough sun loungers or umbrellas which for me was disappointing so I only used the pool once. Beach was 10 minutes walk away. Bedding was changed even though we were only there for a week which I thought was excellent. Shame the water features outside were not working.
